He was a appointed as a coach, just like nuno and maresca, they were all happy to sign three year contracts knowing that was their job.
The blame lies with those three fo publicly putting their clubs in turmoil and then getting a golden handshake.
Good riddance to all three and any club should be very wary if employing them again. I remember little scot who had too much to say and hasn't worked since.
