Oh dear, Red Robin, Skeggs and Larry Balloons ( by the way welcome back my dear old thing), Glasner has 2 years “credit” in the bank because that’s how long he’s had to shape the team ( or to put it another simpler way, that’s 4 transfer windows to acquire the players he wants and 2 pre seasons to coach them into his way of playing and develop them).
Dyche has been here less than 3 months and this January is his first window, obviously no pre season.
