Can't argue with that statement carlo
Burnham will do his best to get city off as well.

The money is down.

City are down.

They were 3/1, two weeks ago now their odds on.

We got 4 poonts for one breach. Selling Brennan Johnson six weeks too late to get a better price. Where is the logic in that when you talk about profit sustainabilty. So times 115 by 4 and you will get a rough outcome.

At the moment we are best priced 15/2 to go down. Neecastle are a fraction higher at 8/1. Hull, Coventry, Ipswich, Sunderland, Crystal Palace and Fulham are all below 4/1.

So for those who genuinely think we will go down go and fill your boots.

Personally, I think we will be OK and improve as the season goes on. But think we are over priced baring in mind we haven't scored at home this season yet. Though with Chelsea coming soon that should change.

I can't say anything in contradiction, football has become all about money. 67 spot on once again. It's a sad state that clubs are in dire straits lower down the triangle, whilst clubs like City and Chelsea fix their books, Chelsea basically got away scot free due to the change in ownership.

As a country, a fanbase, supporters of particular clubs, we just can't let City do the same.
City will finish bottom on minus points.
Hull and Coventry just above them, Ipswich will be fine as we will, Newcastle and United will play with fire but changes in management will ultimately save them. 🌳.

Get to the point the lot of ya, big M is making huge mistakes here. Simple as. Our free kick standard, corners especially are pathetic. Am I the only one watching thinking (yup nothing) everyone? Who's actually sick of delap ? Tell ya. Boris Johnson was more exciting than this f kr. Milenkovic, my oldest popped in this afternoon saying, dad did he take a back hander for that.

Really was that bad. Pathetic again from top the owner to bottom, the so called coaching staff. How ya can leave most players and just tear into ndoye and mcatee is unreal. The lot of ya bury your heads hoping it's just another glitch. Laughable to me. Tbh I just hate it all. FTID just my opinion.

Played some good stuff as we did against palace bowie
Like ive said before we haven't had a player since lansbury that could take a set piece
Mylenkovic cost us the win,no way would ipswich have scored any other way
Like i keep saying not glasners fault players lack composure in the two vital areas
We miss them and always a mistake after that
We have two luxurys in midfield that are costing us,mcatee and ndoye, they can't be arsed to try and win the ball when the opposition attack, leaving schlarger isolated and the defence vulnerable
Picking those two i do blame glasner for,as its simply not working.

Not just the team letting the club down, that little stunt that was pulled in the Trent end last Sunday won't have gone unnoticed in Athens. We know what's wrong but showing the world isn't going to help. Poor taste.

24 Oct 2026 22:10:13
I bet the sheep and foxes fabs would love to be in our position.

25 Oct 2026 00:03:32

Nicolas Jackson showing what can happen if you get your shots ON TARGET. Difficult, wet conditions for goalkeepers.

He's just toooo generous!

1

24 Oct 2026 18:57:16
Bowie, when working a shift that covered the extra hour in the Police, they always paid the overtime.
I like a PM with a sense of humour. He's got to have one, all these years of supporting Everton in the shadow of Liverpool mate.

3

24 Oct 2026 19:35:29
Funny thing is RHR he couldn't do it for chelsea.

24 Oct 2026 20:02:36

24 Oct 2026 20:01:45
Burnham bent as it comes he'll try and get city off cus of all the backhanders theyve given him.

0

24 Oct 2026 21:55:30
Actually, I'm doing the Chuckle Brothers a disservice here. It struck me that Larry and DTP remind of " Saint and Greavsie”. IMO it was the most dire of partnerships and totally unfunny. The lamest of jokes and banter from Jimmy met with St John cooing " ooooooh Greavsie, that was so funny” Cue the fake laughter.

Does anyone remember it? Started ok and then went increasingly clunky. Parodied on "Spitting Images” which was much funnier.
😴😴😴.

1

24 Oct 2026 21:59:17
As for Burnham it's as daft and baseless as someone saying that playing top class professional footballers out of position causes serious season ending injuries isn't it DTP ?.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€”πŸ€”.

1

24 Oct 2026 22:02:41
No we don't remember it stokey, was to busy enjoying ourselves than watching terrestrial tv

Remember the old old cliche "Too good to go down β€˜
It's been proved to be untrue so so many times.
CARLO.

3

24 Oct 2026 15:28:33
If we can't put away our chances we will go down. Should have won against Coventry, Palace and last night, and at least a draw with Arsenal. Put those ten points on the table and things look a little different. But no wasted opportunities and be sure we are going to pay for that.

2

24 Oct 2026 19:23:21
Long way to go yet and a transfer window
Its not like we are cut adrift.

3

24 Oct 2026 12:57:55

I'm curious to know, how many others had a complete meltdown for the 30 odd secs of chaos, when the ball popped last night? 🀣🌳.

2

24 Oct 2026 18:08:01
Not really funny winter ?

1

24 Oct 2026 19:07:43
It was, you really need to lighten up 🌳.

2

24 Oct 2026 11:05:55
I'll tell you what, comrades, hats off (even if they were blown off) to those brave Forest fans who travelled last night. Suffolk is difficult to get to at the best of times but lasts nights conditions were atrocious.

I'd be particularly interested to hear from Munmad and anyone else who made that perilous journey, both in terms of the journey and the match itself.

4

24 Oct 2026 15:17:32
The match was business as usual Stokey 6 good chances created only 1 taken should have won 3/4-1 imo,

As for the weather Hypnos mattress 6 pints never heard a thing mate😁

Lovely weather when I woke up, back home now lashing it downπŸ˜’.

1

24 Oct 2026 16:35:59
Thanks Munmad. Well done. Youre a better man than me Gunga Din! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ».

Reading some posts on here and I'm beginning to wonder if my positive outlook is clouding my judgement. I honestly didn't see any players stifled or a boring game of football. Except for a 20 -25 min period we dominated without capitalising yet again.

In my opinion the players gave 100% to the cause which quite a lot of posters are asking for. The second half when the wing backs played a bit narrower and helped out McAtee and Schlager we were by far the better team apart from a few scares at the end. Just my thoughts guys.

K.T.F.

24 Oct 2026 11:00:39
I agree KTF. I think some people on here were watching a different game. It's coming together, we are starting to look a good unit and played some good football (in very difficult conditions). Luck is not with us and we dominated for large periods.

I don't know if it's luck or sheer incompetence, but the Tractor Boys should have been down to 10. Clear Red Card. I don't understand the refs explanation either. McAtee (who, again contrary to the vociferous anti McAtee bandwagon on here played very well although imo out of position) didn't push the ball away wide, had beaten his man and was on for a shot at goal. There will be more to come on this one I think but too late to matter.

Sels didn't have much to do but made a good save. I'd be interested to know why Dominquez ( who was superb against Arsenal) wasn't in the squad and Diomande, ( likewise faultless against the Gunners) wasn't on the bench. I'm guessing injury but if it was purely tactical then, in Milenkovic's case, it was costly.

Also, I'm a bit puzzled as to Wood coming on in the 93rd minute unless Dekap had picked up a knock.

Schlager was excellent, and his work rate exceptional. He can pick a pass too.
Signs of encouragement certainly though again we need to finish off our chances. I think the foundations are there on last night's performance.

5

24 Oct 2026 11:04:11
We looked decent mate, don't let the doomers bring you down. 🌳.

3

24 Oct 2026 11:08:33
Only positive this season is Schlager, great player and a tough enough for the PL, the rest is tripe!

1

24 Oct 2026 11:12:27
We totally dominated the 2nd half with very little reply and for long periods of the first too but we just couldn't finish our dinners again today.

Another game we could easily have scored 4 or 5, we played some nice stuff at times but just couldn't put it away.

Great cross from Munoz and then finish by Nico.

Lot's of positives to take into the next game I think.

4

24 Oct 2026 11:13:37
Ok, so I'm not going mad then.

3

24 Oct 2026 12:01:33
Never mind how good we look ots not getting us the points we need looking good wont stop us getting relegated if we dont get the points we should be beating Coventry Ipswich etc if we want to play premier league football next season simples.

3

24 Oct 2026 10:04:48
1. Wing backs or wingers ?

2. Back 4 or back 3 ?

3. Hudson Odoi or Ndoye

4. Is McAtee a 10 or an 8

5. Does Sels need replacing in Jan

For me Wingers a back 4 Hudson Odoi a 10 and yes.

Also reappoint Perreira or Nuno.

24 Oct 2026 11:14:19
Could you explain why we would want to get rid of Sels, he has and is a great keeper for us, I think we are lucky to have him.

6

24 Oct 2026 12:49:06
I agree entirely Ginger πŸ‘πŸ‘.

4

24 Oct 2026 13:22:12
Short memories I guess, Sels is a huge player for us, generally the goals against him this season are down to mistakes from others. I suppose you guys all need scapegoats to point fingers at. How about for once, taking the positives from the game? The only player who I question from last night is Dan Ndoye, that's not down to his effort, but I feel he can't play more central, he's an out and out winger. And before you gents jump on me, saying he plays there internationally. International is not of the standard of the Premier League. We only have one decent ten and that's MGW. As for McAtee, yes I have been critical of him, but last night was the best I've seen from him since the few games he played in Europe last season, granted again against lesser opposition(in Europe).

He's learning a new position and trying to replace arguably the best in the league in Anderson. Last night he played the role well, despite you lot knocking his effors, he made tackles, including the extremely important one near the end down in the corner, whilst struggling with cramp may I add. He also kept us ticking over, short sharp passes into feet. I saw you lot saying he lacks pace and Sangare should have been brought on, lol yeah, because Sangare has pace to burn, also he has the mobility of a hummingbird 🀣. Talk about talking crap🀣. 🌳.

5

24 Oct 2026 15:20:37
I don't say get rid of Sels I was asking the question who thinks he should be replaced!!

2

24 Oct 2026 19:38:21
Get Mcatee,Ndoye and Delap replaced first
They are the problem.

2

24 Oct 2026 10:03:52
Big question for you all!
Why do Forest keep getting ref's who are sent to the monitor on big calls, and they still get it wrong?

VAR last night thought it was a red card, hence the ref was sent to have a look. In his opinion McAttee wouldn't have scored!
Against Man Utd a clear and obvious hand ball, ref sent to the monitor and in his opinion the goal stood!

2

24 Oct 2026 10:16:28
Most people's opinion is McAtee will never score.

1

24 Oct 2026 10:54:28
McAtee is unable to score in the Premier League because he isn't good enough, can't run, can't shoot, can't head and can't take free kicks.

2

24 Oct 2026 17:08:54
McAtee scored 3 in 15 games for City before he came to Forest.

0

24 Oct 2026 17:50:34
I've watched him a number of times at the Etihad with my mate who's a Man City fan and he was exactly the same as he is at Forest a lightweight, 5-a-side player who had no impact on the game but at City he was surrounded by world class players. City would have kept him if he was any good.

2

24 Oct 2026 17:53:03
Cleary no one in our recruitment team watched him before we chucked away Β£30M on him.

2

24 Oct 2026 20:06:33
Yep needs binning RHR.
