This manager might win the Europa League yet. If we finish bottom half and don't do well in Europe, there might be a conversation to be had. If we get out of the bottom places, we'd be mad to keep swapping managers.
Dyche might not be to everyone's taste, but more instability could be a complete disaster. We have to get behind the mighty reds and hope this goes OK.

I disagree DTP, he has a great touch, good vision, breaks up play well. If he can get a more positive first touch and improve his speed he'll be unbelievable. Don't know why you hate on him so much. Had been a stand out through the last 6 weeks and with Europe, cups and prem, we need him.

Sangare is to slow and Palace jyst ran beyond him like most teams will, he can't keep up once turned by faster forward players.

Palace only scored because Gibb-White can't help trying stupid tricks and let them in. Sangare was not the reason we lost.
We also could have won if Nuno hadn't waited until so late to make the substitutions that put us in the driving seat.

I'd still like us to sign Maffeo - the hardest defender Messi ever played against. But he can't play on the left as far as I know. How long since a Psycho style full back played for us?
It's possible they are only going to sign one FB and that would mean one who can play on either flank. We only have limited spots in the squad and might have to switch to 3 at the back or play a more attacking FB Ndoye/ Traore) or Murillo. Risky!

Jesus and Jair both finished the World Club Cup recently. They would have to have a medical after that and move to the UK. My guess is that, assuming nothing has changed, that neither signing will be announced until they are here in the UK.
Rumour is that Jesus already had his medical. If that was OK, the club must be hoping he will be here by Monday for Training, if Jet lag allows.
The other rumour is that Jair has agreed his move and we have him for £10M, which sounds like a bargain.

Agree about Ndoye. He looked innocuous last night. Skilful and experienced but, crucially, lacks any sort of pace. I’d always start CHO and Hutch personally, who both approach Elangas blistering pace but have different styles ie trickery and pace over 20 yards rather than foot race over 60 yards from our own half.

3 vital points at Wolves last night not pretty but effective
Considering we have 4 first choice players injured Wood Luis Aina and Murrilo I thought it was a battling performance and a clean sheet
I think Ndoye should be benched now and Hudson Odoi and Hutchinson should start against Everton as imo Ndoye is not effecting the game
Please for Jesus has to score three goals for 1 to count and the work rate of Williams and Anderson is simply amazing week in week out.

SD promptly subs players who are not performing and Ndoye was one. Is he in the wrong position? He again showed he is not prepared to go past players unlike Hutchinson. I suspect SD will pick OD instead. Yates instead of Sangare or even Macatee. Everton are on the up so it will not be an easy match.
No one can deny that SD has the club on the right track again. We will have matches such as Brighton where things don’t go our way, matches like Liverpool where they do! A mid table position a run in those European competition, what more could we really expect?
A few matches ago apparently we were doomed!
