My daughter is NFFC Academy and Womenโ€™s physio, about to get on the coach to play Stoke City Women Kick off 2pm. Itโ€™s common knowledge, Sabri has gone announcement later today.

2.) 04 Oct 2020 11:52:10

Just a couple of bits of gossip fellow Reds! My daughter is Leicester City Academy physio and was at the under 23 game yesterday. Firstly, high praise for the conduct of MON, Keeno and Chris Cohen, gentlemen all, very friendly and aporoachable, especially when s he told them we were passionate Forest fans. A Leicester lad got a bad knock and they expressed their concern as to his welfare and clearly took a great interest in the lads despite the atrocious weather, so well done. Secondly, word is Leicesters dreadful helicopter disaster did us a favour because they were definitely going to sack Puell and get MON back then but decided it wouldn't look good! Lastly, chatting to the Forest Academy lads afterwards about Karanka they said towards the end of his tenure he hardly went to training at all and when he did he gave no input and just stood on his own on the touchline. Very odd!

Good info Stokey.

2.) 01 Mar 2019 18:56:03
Nice one stokey๐Ÿ‘

3.) 01 Mar 2019 21:28:56
Welcome back stokey,I know you didn't like karanka going, but it was his choice and the owners can't be blamed for it and now they are going to build us a fine new stand,it's all good.
It's quite funny really because if karanka left because of the DOF appointment then marinakis has been proved right in bringing him in with the best centre backs we've signed for many years.

4.) 02 Mar 2019 11:33:05
It certainly seems like fate has intervened to bring the whole Forest family together and make us stronger. Delighted to see and hear the fans at home are raising the roof for the run in as its now about small margins and we all need to stick together and get behind the lads!

5.) 02 Mar 2019 11:42:20
Agreed red hope we have turned the corner possible playoffs the ground being upgraded happy days spare five seconds to the sadpies looks like they are going out of business!no sympathy from me for hardy

12 Jan 2019 22:05:06
Well that's the players response to Karanka leaving! Glad you saw that Marinakis great job! So the New manager will inherit a right crock (and no available central defenders! ) Forget playoffs! Great job well done!

Just a few points from Leeds game.

One. The team want to play for Karanka

Two. It would be extremely foolish and counter productive to sack him at this crucial stage of the season.

Three. Leeds are a superb side under a brilliant coach. Even with 10 men they attacked and looked sharper than us in all departments. But its extremely difficult to play at that tempo for 90 minutes and we cashed in at the end as they tired. I hate to say it but I fancy Leeds to go up automatically.

Four. Karanka managed a difficult situation superbly with a disrupted back four, no Grabban and with Likely a passenger. Bringing in Benny was a masterstroke, the last thing a tiring team want is him buzzing around.

Lastly, the foul leading to the straight Red was bad but only as bad as the one on Pants by the Millwall lad which led to a yellow only. By the way can somebody find a way to dissolve the superglue which sticks Pants to his line?

Coyr! Let's get behind Karanka and the boys.

StokeyRed

1.) 02 Jan 2019 00:32:51
karankas got that, its called your out the team mate.

2.) 02 Jan 2019 15:01:36
After the great reception ak got i think the club chairman should say weather there is any truth that the manager is going or staying after all i think the supporters need to know what happend to keeping ing touch with fans that was promised?

11 Aug 2018 23:20:14
Don't worry fellow trickies we were playing a team that were well organized had had 8 days rest as opposed to our 3 days after high intensity games v Wba and Bristol City. I thought Geddy, Grabba, Carvalho and Dias particularly were running on empty but luckily Colback, Fox (immaculate today), Figgy Darikwa, and the subs Soundani and Cash stepped up to the plate to cover for their tired colleagues. I'm a fan of Benny Osbourne but he's not a left back (too small and lacks pace) and he will cost us goals over the season. So give the boys a rest and team for Bury should be Smith, Byrom, Watson, Dawson, Bridcutt, Brereton, Worrall, Heffer, supplemented by a few academy lads like Yates, Gomis etc. Great result today against a fresh team.

StokeyRed

1.) 12 Aug 2018 09:51:27
Agreed Stokey, completely different 11 for Bury.Give the new boys a run out.Maybe try 3 at the back.Give Brereton and Soudani 90 mins as well.

Commiserations to Scotland but by way of consolation at least those fans who bought a Scotland shirt during the Euros will be entitled to a full refund as it's still within 14 days of purchase returns policy!
Also remember that at least Billy Gilmour got a positive result yesterday! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘.

19 Jun 2021 11:04:20
Congratulations to Scotland for their decisive victory over England last night. At least that's how the BBC are reporting it! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

StokeyRed

1.) 19 Jun 2021 11:31:49
The bbc are clowns mate, itโ€™s about time not paying the license fee was decriminalised, then we could actually choose whether we paid to watch their anti English drivel,

2.) 19 Jun 2021 11:36:25
That is because the size of Scotland to England and how their PL league is talked about as being equal to our League one.

3.) 19 Jun 2021 11:50:28
Barnsley are having a rough time of it.

They have had both Dane Murphy and Taymour Roushdi resign in order to hold talks with us.

That is good news for us.

They are looking like losing their manager to West Brom.

4.) 19 Jun 2021 12:22:41
Munich thatโ€™s because their prem is equivalent to our league 1, only 2of their players play in their prem league from last nights eleven, as for Scotland โ€˜ bossing it munmad, utter nonsense,

5.) 19 Jun 2021 13:03:21
What you have said about the Scottish players is interesting.

How many of the Scottish players play for Europe's top teams and how many of England's players do?

6.) 19 Jun 2021 13:52:42
I think the interesting question is before the tournament started, how many of the Scots do you think would have got in the England squad, I think maybe mcginn, and no one else,

7.) 19 Jun 2021 14:15:00
Hence why Scotland celebrated as if they had won and why the BBC did much the same.

8.) 19 Jun 2021 15:09:20
I hate everything about the BBC as iv'e posted in the past. Get rid i say ๐Ÿ‘.

9.) 19 Jun 2021 15:10:43
Why would Scotland celebrate a draw in a game they needed to win, ? Everyone keeps telling me England are crap, if that the case, and they couldnโ€™t beat us, they ainโ€™t going to beat Croatia are they?! as for the bbc, they shouldnโ€™t be celebrating anything theyโ€™re suppose to be neutral,

10.) 19 Jun 2021 15:38:07
Stevie the bbc is more bent than football mate. Saville should have closed them down years ago.

11.) 19 Jun 2021 15:42:18
Scotland knew they needed luck to get through from the group.

When they came up against a bunch of players that are their neighbours, get paid much more, most play at a higher level and were playing at home, that is why they celebrated.

Scotland knowing they needed a win played for the win, England expected to win and waited for it to happen instead of trying to make it happen.

I have only said England showed a lack of respect for Scotland, not England are a waste if space.

If England can not get their minds into gear and put effort into closing Scotland down something is wrong somewhere.

12.) 19 Jun 2021 15:51:25
Munich, yep the Scots really went for it the stats say 40% possession, 1shot on goal, 12 dangerous attacks in 90 mins, weโ€™ll have to agree to disagree,

13.) 19 Jun 2021 16:04:58
Bowie. Saville and Martin Bashir, ,

14.) 19 Jun 2021 16:41:58
Well said stevie, there just sick. Playing the psychology sh#te to the masses who pay them. Bullying the youth who need to learn from them, lying to the elderly who need to believe in them .

15.) 19 Jun 2021 16:52:21
I agree we have to agree ti disagree.

When a team has more possession when you are the underdog that can not always be helped, it is what you try to do when you have possession not how much you have.

I remember the days when a team played to not lose a game against teams better than themselves.

These days some teams play not to lose even against what some would say are lesser teams.

That to me is unforgivable.

16.) 19 Jun 2021 16:57:46
Bowie making 90 year olds pay the tv license to pay parasites like lineker 2mill a year,

17.) 19 Jun 2021 17:57:12
Couldn't agree more stevie, and only after taken a wage cut. there global political views are bias, again supposed to be on the fence. There the 3d news of the world . anything for a story. Oh and cliff Richard, icon they tried to make out as the paedophile they covered up as saville. Never see the bloke now. Bless him. Imagine what he went through.

18.) 19 Jun 2021 19:34:50
Bowie someone should have been sacked and nicked for what the bbc and the coppers did to him,

16 Jun 2021 11:35:51
Whilst we're on football related matters, I've heard that a coach load of Czech supporters watching the Czech Scotland match were ejected from the reception area of an Edinburgh hotel where they were watching the game on the hotels TV. In an interview with the hotels manager he said " They went absolutely bananas when the second goal went in. I threw them out because I can't stand Czech nuts boasting in an open foyer " ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ.

So there's talk of ribs getting a top flight club in Portugal, good luck to the kid. I would have kept him.

6.) 16 Jun 2021 16:58:09
He was not a player that stood out, he was not the weakest player that played either.

We need to look for better if the team is going to improve.

7.) 16 Jun 2021 17:29:06
He grafted and showed a lot more heart than most stars, its not all skill for me mate but the passion for the shirt.

8.) 16 Jun 2021 17:36:42
One of my mates has spare tickets in a corporate box for the England-Scotland game on Friday, they cost nearly ยฃ1k a ticket. He didn't realise when he bought them that the date coincided with his rearranged c.v. wedding, so he's looking for some to take his place - The wedding is at Nottingham City Hall registry office, the brides name is Claire, she's blonde, 5ft3, has her own income and car. Any takers?

I predict Kyle Taylor will come good given a run of games. Heโ€™s got a difficult job atm with being the lone striker and woeful midfield support.

Definately no to me on Patterson and Britt. Get rid of Ameobi, Colback, Bachirou, Arter, Freeman, Grabban, Bong, Jenkinson, Murray, Dawson (coaching role), Sow possibly after medical review, Samba (too inconsistent) . Core of the team Worrall, Christie, McKenna, Mighten, Ribeiro, Blackett, Figgy, Taylor ) who will come good, Lolley if fitness proved, Yates, Garner back if possible, Johnson recalled, Cavalho get rid, Kronovic sign up, Knockeart get rid. That leaves a tight squad supplemented by hungry young prospects from the lower leagues. A lot of dead wood to go but emphasis on quality not quantity. Most of all reform the scouting recruitment side of things and actually see what the manager wants! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก.

I can reveal from an impeccable source that Chris Cohen and Reidy gave McGuane and a couple of other lads as yet unidentified a thorough work out at the Academy yesterday morning. His signing will probably be announced tomorrow. Unless of course it was a fitness test and they failed it!

Yep different rules apply to England, at home and abroad, always. Itโ€™s the price of being the best and most famous nation in the world.
