I was cautious on the season ahead l, and after 9 matches I'm loathe to twist the knife but it's game over for Glssner. I actually hope we stick with him, but it's clearly unlikely.

In my view this one is - like so much of our situation - down to our owner. I get that the manager and players deserve analysis, but our owner is at fault.

Versus Fawaz he's the ‘second coming' but if you think he is a great owner, you are wrong in my opinion. I've never felt he has much of a clue of what's he's doing or much class, and here we are.

The players have had 5/6 managers in 15 months. They are likely to get another one. In whatever line of work - let alone something like football where a coach is so key - you must get confused, hacked off and feel like it's only a matter of time before a new coach arrives. Our best player MGW must wonder what's happening most weeks.

Player-wise I've always doubted delap and saw him 4 times at Chelsea live last year. But we lost Anderson, and had ages to replace him and never did. Other teams have strengthened but we look worse.

In this league, where the new squad cost ratio rules make it ever harder for smaller clubs like us to do well (our Chairman voted for the new rules by the way), you have to scout properly, analyse everything well and have stability. If you do that you can become Brighton, Brentford, Bournemouth. Even that doesn't guarantee success as Southampton fans can tell you. Do we have the structure - any structure - to achieve success?

My personal view - based on no knowledge - is we have less
to spend than of old (the summer before pre Europe possibly costing us) and we left the summer with profits post the Anderson sale

New ceo post the window closing, linked with numerous players in final week of windows as ever, 5/6 coaches in 18 months.

OG will go I guess - albeit he is a proven top manager on £13m a year. And we will roll the dice yet again, possibly going back to VP - a man allegedly sacked by email 2 mins before a contract deadline).

With the start the promoted teams have made, this could well be a 40+ point season to stay up. our luck feels likely to run out.

Your point on players is fair but it's still our owner driving everything. My point about our new ceo is that he was appointed the day after the transfer window closed. Doesn't make huge sense. Baffling.

I don't disagree that he's spent a fortune etc. But equally he needs to be criticized.

He's seemingly learnt nothing since promotion that's tangible. He helped us get promoted of course but so did Cooper and those on loan players.

Anyhow, based on his dire record with managers and general lack of structure, we will likely get relegated but this time with ever more debt and a heap of costly players/wages.

Marinakis may of got us into the Premier League however his actions will cost us a place in this league.

I've said we got promoted and into Europe despite Mr M not because of him. I've praised him many times for his passion and financial support ( though the latter is loose change down the back of the settee to him) but of his 11 managers only two have been successful, Cooper and Nuno.
I also think many on here don't understand the financial model that Mr M uses.

Not quite as bad as the debt of the Glasers at Man Utd ( which stands at well over a billion quid) but it is all on NFFC. If it goes wrong, Mr M can try and sell the debt against future profits but he needs Premier League survival to have even a chance of doing this.

As A loyal fan sice clough's days, I have to say I've now given up on this season. Neither Maranakis or his managers make any sense to me, and I'm sure the players feel the same. Stuck in a malaise that won't break. I'll take a break from them and concentrate on other things. Same old same old.

Ladies and gents you've just witnessed again the form that will get us relegated and Glasner gone.
That was such and adept performance it's difficult to say anything positive.
Ndoye. Ndoye. Ndoye. Why the hell is he in the squad still? Touch of a bull elephant and pretty useless. Surely, SURELY there's someone better that could be starting. Kalimuendo is awful. Wood not far behind (this season). And don't even get me started on Milenkovic this season.
Our finishing - using the term very loosely - is woeful.
Lacking creativity. Passing was at times embarrassing.
MGW was very ineffective again. McAtee despite his efforts was overall ineffective.
Once again we get into so decent looking positions, before passing all the way back to the keeper.

Glasner needs to be gone. I've seen enough this season already. I look at these performances and think the big man has dropped an almighty clanger in removing Pereira. We had fight. We fought for each other with him. We had confidence. Since Glasner I don't see any of that.
We've got Man City, Bournemouth, and Chelsea coming up. Believe me we are well and truly stuffed.

Like I said a few weeks back, can't see us getting any points this side of Xmas if Glasner is still in charge. Not even going next week, I'm going to have a stress free weekend fishing. It's a shocking move but why sit there and watch a team that's not playing for the manager nor the club. Just disgusted.

I am lost for words to explain what's going on. Our players are simply not a team anymore. Surely Milenovic for his own well being should have been taken off. MGW not scoring goals, Delap devoid of confidence. OG appears unable to galvanise his players. As has been said the next three games we would not expect to win. MU are in the relegation zone but they will change and get Howe.

Maybe Sunderland will do likewise. OG has to front up and explain why it is all going wrong, if he can't whatever the financial penalty he has to go. No one in their right mind will come. It really saddens me to say this but our mismanagement has been so bad that every one will say ‘ good riddance ‘ as we go down.
