Gazzi This site has been poisoned by a small number of people, DTP came on and made a couple of points, and and the usual subjects were all over it, with their infantile name calling, then one of them saying I was constantly bringing up my forces career, which to my knowledge no one on here knew anything about til last week, on the rumour board, and a conversation with stokey, and I've been on here years.

Munmad had the same treatment, and again as far as I know, no one was aware of his past, used to be a decent site with people putting over their points, now the imaginary pub mob has reduced it to a school playground, pathetic.

For what it's worth I've never dished out any "filth" concerning our owner. I have my own opinion about the club, I've bought a season ticket and I believe that gives me a right to say what's right or wrong with the club.

The owner is a psycho. He's properly messed the club up this season, sacked the best manager we've had in decades, listened to a bloke that knows absolutely nothing about running a club and buying players, and bought a load of containers from his ships as seating for the expansion of the ground.

No bomb squad, no complaints from him, just positivity, and Ndoye and the others, not fit for purpose under Dyche, are showing they can do a job.

Good and bad.
The Good is obvious…. Great and thoroughly committed performance by the fringe players and subs, against a good, physical and well organised team. Showed they wanted to play for VP and right a few wrongs. Special shout out to McAteer, ran the show for an hour. Also young Abbott looked steady and composed, both playing in their natural positions. Yates was Man of the Match for me. Stood up to some aggressive play and thrived under a ref who was prepared not to be too fussy. A real toe to toe performance and crowned it with a superb goal. Even the much maligned Lucca did well. Ok, he’s no Stan Collymore.

He’s not even a Jason Lee. But he put a shift in and made a nuisance of himself. Credit where it’s due. It’s given VP sonething to think about. Raises morale and lays down a marker going forward hopefully.

The bad is that I thought VP could have waited for another 15 mins before changing things. We looked comfortable and less so when the big guns came on. Perhaps the science and running stats told him differently but sometimes you have to go with instinct. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
I said on here before kickoff that, regardless of the outcome, we don’t want extra time. So it’s definitely advantage Spurs on Sunday.
Let’s hope we picked up no injuries.

MM, you are likely right. As long as Yates and Mactee are in the team. Sangare is too negative. So, Yates ideally with Anderson. Backra played very well as a wing back last night, and I was tempted. If VP is cautious, he will go with a back 5. The impression last night, with the first team members, is they played as individuals, ie both Anderson and MGW and even Williams.

Sangare scored a great penalty but hung back. We cannot allow Spurs to dictate the game. In a great first half last night, we attacked and completely upset the Danish side's rhythm. To sit back and aim for a draw or a break away goal, is courting disaster.
