Lets hope there crazy manager is pulled in for that assault on Spence. I don't no if any one else on here thjnks as I do. He inflamed an already tense atmosphere with what he did. Just look at the melee after the incident. The referee got it completely wrong. from that moment tempers were very high. As well as being bad losers I think it over flowed at the end. All that crap that we were the better team with better players coming out of the mouth of Heckingbottom. We should have been out of sight from the first leg. Any way now all the dust settled let's get the job done at Wembley. COYR.

Even the guy getting six months for the assault on Billy S is a joke, they dropped the ‘illegally entering the playing service’ charge? Surely that was a chance to make a point or is it the fact that some do gooder would question why the others on the pitch weren’t hunted down and charged as well? If the police can’t charge someone for going on the pitch how can the efl throw any punishment at the club? 🤷🏻‍♂️.

The CPS - who decide on the charges - will consider all the evidence available. The magistrates will decide on the sentence and will consider if the other (usually minor) charges would make a difference to the final sentence. Usually they will indicate to the CPS and they will then decide and prevent wasting court time to pursue those minor charges.

I agree with the comments about Feckingbottom exacerbating Van already febrile crowd with his remarks before the game and his actions during it. He is, as our knowledgeable fans sang “ Just a sh”t Neil Warnock”!
2 tone I think the trespassing on the pitch charge was dealt with by way of a 2 year ban. It’s irrelevant because Forest will probably impose a lifetime ban but I guess after 2 years he can visit other grounds.
The trespass is a summary offence only and he’s already gone to prison. It’s like if you murder a traffic warden for giving you a parking ticket and you get a life sentence then they wouldn’t necessarily proceed with the Fixed Penalty fine?
I’m only guessing God knows what’s happening these days as I’ve been retired for 13 years from the Police! 😕😕.

Skipper sometimes things have to be done to deter. This was an attack and a few stitches but would could happen next? No punishment doesn’t make anyone think twice about another pitch invasion- clowns in charge of systems that just don’t work.

2tone. In essence all sentences are there as a deterrent. The magistrates have “guidelines” issued by the MoJ. 24 weeks which by the way is really 36 weeks. Defendants receive a “discount” of 33.33% if they plead guilty at the earliest opportunity. That’s quite a long sentence and I presume the magistrates considered the use of the head to constitute a weapon. I’m not defending nor criticising the sentence because we don’t know all the circumstances. The defendant could quite easily lose his house, his job as a consequence of going to prison. To him that is probably a heavy price to pay for a mad second in his life.

He has no rights in my opinion, to do that on a football pitch to a completely innocent person is unforgivable and I know what this dinosaur would do! Lose his house - who cares? And if he did lose his house I’d make sure he never got any help getting another one or benefits etc. do something like that and you don’t deserve to be treated like a human-too many do gooders and nobody big enough to stand up for decent people - bless him he probably had a bad day 🤷🏻‍♂️.
