We have three proven goal scorers at our club . One scored 20 the other 11 and the under 23 player quite a few . So what is the problem - are they missing so many opportunities? No we are hardly having any shots on goal . Why - is it we don't have Cash to do the crosses - but we still have / had Riberio. Knockheart and Ameobi both want to primarily score goals themselves not give the chance to a forward. Lolley will score goals but also delivers good crosses . I think the forwards know there will be few good crosses so have stopped anticipating them excepting Soh 's excellent goal. So I think the squad has yet to find its spirit of a team working for each other . Let's hope this afternoon he puts team players on and we have an entertaining match ie Soh Swann, Mighten, Smith Lolley.

Sorry to say mighten proved again that when tightly marked he he is marginalised easily, falls over like benny and easily shoved around. Crosses are not the answer as grabban is crap in the air and too slow to get beyond the defence now. We need more craft and agility like tomlin to get people in on goal. I don't think neither grabban nor taylor look happy. Today taylor and guerro for me.

As I say every year, I'm not too fussed about the cup, we risk getting key players injured.

Grabban may not score many headed goals but he still scored 20 last season . He has not lost his ability over night . He is a professional and like all top goal scorers is having a period of drought . Give him a ball to his feet and he should score . Taylor again a proven goal scorer both need good service.

Why is it that fans such as yourself expect a nineteen year old to be the finished player.
There are many players older than Mighten that struggle when tightly marked.
Without getting to play he will not get use to be tightly marked, and the clubs coaching staff should be teaching him all he needs to know, including maintaining his balance.
His strengths are better than some at the club, and he is one of the few positive thinking players.

Hes not 19 till april and whatever fans on here think the boy is very talented and that's why the England coaching staff rate him.
I'll go with their assessment of him.

It’s the Ying to the yan GF. The expectation is too high because of the clamour for them to play. I think Mighten is being developed in just the right way, a few starts rotating with the being on the bench . He be a decent player I think but he’s not going to be a world beater nor is he head abs shoulders above any other players . Well worth his place on the squad this season though .

Mighten’s a great prospect, but hardly fair to expect a nineteen year old to be totally consistent, he’ll be a top player, and will be in the premier league, with or without us,

GF I am not knocking his ability or potential but where we are we need more than he can offer conistantly at the moment. I still think his best position is alongside taylor.
