England Ladies playing at King Power tonight, some might say they have had Big Girls playing there for a while now.

CARLO.

13 Oct 2026 18:50:55
I'll be watching Simeone stick one up the red side of Manchester. 😁🌳.

3

13 Oct 2026 19:00:08
Hush your mouth Carlo. Don't go upsetting the bin dippers on here mate.🀫.

3

13 Oct 2026 19:12:36
Going back to the game in Madrid tonight, anyone having issues with subtitles this season(on Prime)? I'm having to turn them off after every damn advert, they keep clicking on all on their own and its annoying the hell out of me. Only happens on the champions league games. Grrrr🀦🌳.

0

13 Oct 2026 20:43:16
That Alex Baena is a joy to watch, what a player, head always up and has the passing range to match. 🌳.

1

13 Oct 2026 09:26:00
Dilane Bakwa 5 games 2 goals 2 assists just saying,,,,,,

1

13 Oct 2026 09:47:48
Think Vitor had big plans for him,he knew it was a case of restoring his confidence to get to the player in there.
Tremendous pace you can't teach that.
CARLO.

3

13 Oct 2026 10:04:19
Both great posts Carlo and Munmad. Unfortunately Bakwa's attributes and pace are entirely redundant under OGs inflexible system, as I pointed out several times in pre season.

2

13 Oct 2026 12:39:14
Vitor back would be good, but we'd need Bakwa and Hutchinsoon (or wingers) who are on loan now. 🀣.

2

13 Oct 2026 13:15:51
We are probably jumping the gun a bit here Cyclist but I don't know the terms of their loans mate ie is there a recall clause in January ect?

1

13 Oct 2026 14:13:03
Under the new rules, you can only bring a loan player back during the window.

1

13 Oct 2026 14:13:54
So if the borrowing club cancels the loan they can be added to the squad January, yes.

1

13 Oct 2026 17:24:59
VP is wanted at Fulham. The big Greek missed a trick, didn't he? I have also heard questions are being asked about Delap's lack of quality!

3

13 Oct 2026 18:13:50
Yeah VP and Thomas Frank, both being options for us imo. 🌳.

1

13 Oct 2026 18:21:51
Red Robin, I am still trying to understand the rationale behind Marinakis's decision to release VP. I am quite certain that he is now regretting this choice.

5

13 Oct 2026 18:49:59
Its simple Ripley, blind ambition, yes he has his faults, but at least he has the balls to be ambitious and the conviction to follow through. He needs to hold his hands up on occasion though. 🌳.

2

13 Oct 2026 19:16:04
Well said Ripley bud πŸ‘.

1

13 Oct 2026 19:10:24
Stokie is at it again, running Skegs down. Let's have one of those famous banter site polls & see how the majority of normal football fans think.
A) Would you rather go out with Skegs for 10 pints, chat footy & finish off with a greasy kebab.

B) Don your cravat & D,J, armed with your opera glasses & head off to to the Royal Opera House Covent Garden for a few Campari's & soda's & a dose of Carmen then discuss 1984 by George Orwell in the interval.

5

13 Oct 2026 19:29:37
Ten pints please sirπŸ‘.

2

13 Oct 2026 19:43:33
Opera every time.

2

13 Oct 2026 19:54:45
B then straight up to Skegness for afters.

1

13 Oct 2026 20:22:13
Sounds as though you've had a dose off Carmen already Larry.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

1

13 Oct 2026 20:24:32
I'd have a pint with Jay but I'd rather have a conversation about Forest with my Mum (who knows nothing about footy). I don't mind bin dippers that much. πŸ˜†.

2

13 Oct 2026 20:34:08
Nurse not tucked you in yet Stokie. You dirty stop out πŸ˜€.

2

13 Oct 2026 20:47:31
I don't know how I'll manage on Thursday evening Larry. We are off to see Phil Wang with a full drinks package booked. I've opted for Horlicks rather than beer.

1

13 Oct 2026 20:59:42
I knew you'd like him Stokie, Phil Wang, king of comedy,Same stye as yours 😎.

2

13 Oct 2026 22:14:19
Good night Barrie. Good night Paul.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ€«πŸ€«.

13 Oct 2026 22:36:20
Where,s he on Stokie Skegness Wekkies Club ?
CARLO.

13 Oct 2026 08:45:07
Make or break time for Glasner next 3 games imo

The players don't look happy playing 3-4-2-1 imo

Looked much better in a 4-2-3-1 set up which we can switch back to

Sels

Munoz
Cunha
Diamonde
Williams

Schlager
Dominguez/Sangare

Ndoye
McAtee
Gibbs White

Delap.

1

13 Oct 2026 17:25:50
Delap more like having a nap. Wood needs to start.

2

13 Oct 2026 08:31:25
This is early in a season probably like no other. At some stage Mancheats will implode. If the Premier League survives such a maelstrom, Arsenal are odds on runaway winners. No one would have predicted the current bottom three. Like Sunderland last season, Hull and Coventry are moving up and up. Most teams like the Reds who changed their manager have stuttered to say the least. My point is that OG must be allowed to develop his side, and yes move on anyone who is not signed up to his ideas. We have messed around with different managers to near the point of our team moral being irrevocably damaged and going into free fall.

Not for decades have we had a manager who had won the FA cup and a European cup the previous season. Yet, I accept he has struggled to get the team believing in his methods. At the weekend, he was let down by his players both upfront and in defence, but he said the defeat was still his responsibility. OG has to motivate Delap as he will blame himself for the loss. Paradoxically we ill face probably the best team on Sunday. No I don't necessarily expect a win but a resolute defence and chances up front. Everyone can think the past was better but the clock cannot be turned back. The team need our support more than ever.

4

13 Oct 2026 10:11:34
Good post Nuno but any manager at Forest under this regime has a very short span of time and the clock is running down fast. As it did for the previous 11 managers.
As I've said before, Glasner only came to the madhouse that is NFFC because he didn't get the big gigs at Man City ( a poisoned chalice as it turned out) Chelsea and Liverpool.

Still, at Β£13 million win or lose, it's not to be sniffed at.

3

13 Oct 2026 10:41:28
Great stuff Nuno, definitely going to be a strange season. So many new managers, systems and players up and down the league. We all know time is essential to implement all of the above. Time is something unfortunately that the Premier League doesn't give you, its not just our owner who will be sweating early on, plenty of boardrooms will be questioning their appointments and dare i say heads will roll in the next two or three games. To coin the phrase, the Sack Race is on.
While i do agree with giving mangers time, somethings just aren't meant to be, Lego keeps saying that Glasner just isn't Forest and i agree with him.

The system he wants just doesn't suit the players, the club, the supporters or our history. Ange, Dyche, VP, Cooper and Nuno all knew this and had us playing similar systems, mainly four at the back, wide attackers and counter attacking. Honestly im still not sure what Glasner offers, it isn't possession based, definitely can't be described as counter attacking, pressing maybe, but with three central defenders on the pitch and no wingers, it means the work load on the other players is huge.
Anyways I've begun to ramble, onwards and upwards, fingers, toes and bogeys crossed. 🌳.

2

13 Oct 2026 13:17:41
I'm thinking that with the newly promoted teams doing well, we probably need Man City to get relegated to give us a chance of staying up.πŸ˜•.

1

13 Oct 2026 16:26:54
We will be ok dyche isn't our coach so no chance of that 😁.

2

13 Oct 2026 17:30:08
The contribution of OG amounts to a safety net of Β£13 million. Mr. Marinakis's strong desire for success presents one of several significant challenges he faces in trying not to fire every unsuccessful coach.
He's his own worst enemy.

0

13 Oct 2026 18:27:58
He's not his own worst enemy whilst I'm alive Ripley.😁.

1

13 Oct 2026 20:23:02
Support the team all ya want nuno. (City do) it's them up top and pathetic football from the players causing the problems. Seen more confidence in hitlers bunker bud.

1

12 Oct 2026 22:59:10
Brilliant interview with Steve Cooper on Sky Sports Main Event now. He has come across really well and knowledgeable. Pity he didn't give Sam Surridge more of a chance.

2

13 Oct 2026 06:39:04
Seeing as Steve Cooper still lives in the area(Keyworth), would not be a shock to see him as the next direby coachπŸ€”.

2

13 Oct 2026 10:15:51
He comes across as knowledgeable, RHR because he is. He will in all probability, be the only World Cup winning manager Forest will ever have. He should have been given more time and support by our Glorious Leader.

He was sacked when we were in the bottom 5, pretty much where we are now and have been for 4 out of 5 seasons in the Prem.
Another missed opportunity, imo.

3

13 Oct 2026 11:22:53
He was Championship manager that got lucky. Crawled into the Prem & did nothing but strughle when he got there. Skegs weighed him up perfectly at the time.

2

13 Oct 2026 12:18:41
He must have been extraordinarily lucky Larry to take us from down and out at the foot of the Championship at the end of Hughtons disastrous reign to the playoffs then to the Prem.
Skegs at the time confidently and consistently predicted he'd take us straight back down but ( unbelievably) was proved wrong. Then. given a crap hand by (again unbelievably) by Mr M with a massive influx of around 19 mediocre players just before the season started to assimilate.

Plus a few other disadvantages yet kept us where ( apart from Nunos European season) about where we are now mate.
I'm concerned for your memory loss and /or routine glossing over of the facts.

2

13 Oct 2026 12:31:21
Good championship manager larry. just couldn't make it in the Premier league. but have him over dyche any day of the week. I mean anyone that thought dyche would do well at forest just hasn't got a clue πŸ€”.

2

13 Oct 2026 13:19:10
DDS as I said there's help out there mate.🎣😁.

2

13 Oct 2026 13:31:49
What's up dont you like me mentioning the word dyche. because it keeps reminding you how incredibly wrong you was. dyche dyche dyche 🀣🀣🀣🀣.

2

13 Oct 2026 14:12:23
Calm down Skeggs mate. Punctuation gone again. Also can you spot the 5 missing capital "D” s in your post. Also, you "were” not "was”. Have a lie down and a cuppa.
πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸŽ£.

2

13 Oct 2026 14:55:36
By the way, Larry and I were discussing Steve Cooper. It's you that brought SD up mate. just saying.πŸ˜πŸ˜‡.

2

13 Oct 2026 14:59:57
Ha stokie. thats cause eds ain't on sorting it out for me what do i need punctuation marks capital letters for i didnt do school mate i worked from age of 15 and im proud of it pal. dyche dyche dyche 🀣🀣🀣😘.

1

13 Oct 2026 17:10:28
Skegs, I'd never criticise anyone who left school at 15. The greatest detective in Notts Police's history and my Dad both did the same. Neither could string 2 words together on paper. I know because with both I did their paperwork for years. But they both worked hard to conquer it and never ever boasted that they were proud of it.

You come across on here like a foot stomping petulant child when anyone upsets you. My 6 year old grandson is more mature than you.
Your posts above are just embarrassing.
ask least try and grow up a bit.

1

13 Oct 2026 19:27:24
Somebody call the Doctor. Skeggs DDS has got out of control.
Aren't you a bit embarrassed mate. ? Cringeworthy and childish ?

1

13 Oct 2026 20:27:56
Oi I tipped dyche well b4 he came in 🀣.

1

13 Oct 2026 20:30:42
I've don't believe I've ever had such an extraordinary on line conversation Skeggs.
Why do you think your mention of SD causes me any upset or problems whatsoever? I mean, he's not a family member and I'm not his agent or anything mate. I just expressed an opinion of him ( backed up with compelling facts and stats) which you disagreed with.

It's not a personal insult but you seem to have gone into meltdown with it.
Hence my remarks about your petulant childishness and immaturity.
I did invent DDS as a joke but now I'm not so sure it hasn't triggered something in you that presses the "rage” button in you ( reflected in your stream of consciousness posts).
As I said, relax, chill out.

1

12 Oct 2026 20:17:41
The embarrassment continues. Coventry City currently above us in the table! πŸ™„.

2

12 Oct 2026 21:08:06
Be be fair, Newcastle looking rubbish, that 50 million Pardo lol, about as useful as Delap. 🀦.

4

12 Oct 2026 22:37:57
We move nearer the bottom.
CARLO.

1

13 Oct 2026 10:06:30
Larry, you seem to forget that months ago you actually said Murrillo actually great and you were winding me up.
🀣🀣🀣.

1

13 Oct 2026 11:26:38
I did Rogie & I was but he's been really poor this season OG has stuck him in his worst position, virtually a left back. He clearly hates it & doesn't know how to handle it. Hes a central stopper like Milenkovic.

1

13 Oct 2026 12:24:25
Rogie, he can't remember what he's said mate. It's all attention seeking tripe as I've said before
Him and Skegs will be a bit sensitive atm because of Leicester's dismantling by mighty Peterborough Utd at the weekend so I'd take his comments with a big shovel of salt.

2

12 Oct 2026 19:21:32
Once Milenkovic is fit Murrilo needs to be given a break he looks overweight slow and unfit to me Werner it's his new hairstyle or not I'm not sure.

But he is a shadow of his former self at the moment.

2

12 Oct 2026 19:57:30
Mr bang average has been sussed. Completely ineffective all season so far. Needs to stay off the cheesey chips.

2

12 Oct 2026 20:02:59
πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜… larry you was right about sponge bob square pants murillo all the time 🀣.

1

12 Oct 2026 21:20:03
His class will shine through.
πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰.

1

12 Oct 2026 21:29:19
And a warm welcome back to the Chuckle brothers.
Odd how they never post when we're on winning isn't it? πŸ€”πŸ˜‡πŸŽ£.

3

12 Oct 2026 21:38:12
True!

1

12 Oct 2026 21:40:46
You was right about lampard as well larry goals in his team 😁.

2

12 Oct 2026 22:34:20
Larry and Skegsjay Bin Dippers united.

1

13 Oct 2026 00:33:55
When we are winning Stokie, when was that πŸ€”mmm i cant remember.

1

13 Oct 2026 08:29:55
It was at the end of last season under VP Larry. before Mr M worked his magic and got rid of him mate πŸ™„.

1

13 Oct 2026 08:31:10
Like most of our team Murrillo doesn't fit with OG,s system, much better in a back four with full backs and at least one wide player.
He had a good understanding with NM,once again if it ain't broke why fix it.
CARLO.

1

13 Oct 2026 10:20:24
Great and perceptive post Carlo.
Murillo is coming back from serious injury. S
Rogie, as the saying goes, form is temporary, class is permanent.
Larry and Skegs, again you are falling into the giant elephant trap of revealing that "We know nothing about football " without actually saying it in print.

1

12 Oct 2026 18:29:20
It was a long way back from Croydon on Sunday evening!!
Even allowing for the fact that Palaces second goal was never a goal because of hand ball missed by VAR yet again. 😑😑

We wee our own worst enemy defending was shambolic ( Murrilo in particular) and as for our shooting absolutely diabolical Delap MGW Wood all missed easy chances.

Glasner needs a win and it needs to come next Sunday against Arsenal as MrM will get trigger happy before the next international break
Bring back VP please.

5

12 Oct 2026 19:59:04
Why wait till next Sunday. 13 million a year wages & clueless.

3

12 Oct 2026 14:20:08
A spectacular U turn from you Skeggs. I'm glad you've seen the light and joined the miserable ranks of the downtrodden " gloomers” mate. Credit to you for your optimism ( the happy crapper? πŸ˜‚a poor Benny Hill joke for which apologies).
Also, I would never criticise anyone who changed their opinions when the facts change. I wish more politicians and public figures would do it instead of sticking it out and sinking their credibility.
The facts are straightforward. We have won one game in 7 which is highly likely to be 8 when we've played Arsenal ( despite your bold comment "when we beat Arsenal). We haven't scored a goal at home all season. We are entering Big Ange territory, 2 points from 8 games). Another highly unsuitable appointment from Mr M.

I would be very very surprised if OG survives the next International break never mind Christmas, if this carries on, especially with the trigger happy Greek in charge
As for the Mr M part of the dream you were living, mate, he's appointed 11 permanent managers ( ie not caretakers) of which 2 were successful ( SC and Nuno). Perhaps 2 and a half if you count the highly promising VP. That's a failure rate of over around 80 %.
It's no good pinning our successes on him ( ie promotion to the Prem and getting into Europe) if you don't include the failures, the other side of the same coin surely?
Likewise, it's no good praising Mr M's charity work. We want someone who can run a good and stable football club, not Jimmy Savile.πŸ˜”πŸ™„.

3

12 Oct 2026 15:10:15
This situation does not seem promising for Glasner. His system appears incompatible with the current team. We should have scored at least four goals, but the equaliser seems to have negatively impacted our performance, leading to a decline in self belief and confidence.
It is regrettable to note that Forest's annual involvement in relegation battles appears inevitable unless there is a change in Mr.

Marinakis's approach, for example, by not dismissing every coach and realising that cohesion and stability require time and cannot be instantly achieved nor brought.

1

12 Oct 2026 15:40:16
Can anyone else tell me a short version of what stokies put because I ain't reading all that 🀣🀣🀣.

4

12 Oct 2026 16:15:43
Breaking it down mate, its a confession of love in your honour. ❀️🌳❀️.

2

12 Oct 2026 16:44:06
Thanks rrh I love ❀️ you to stokie 😁.

1

12 Oct 2026 17:53:37
Actually Stellaboy, I think it's just not love.

1

12 Oct 2026 18:07:31
He sort of thinks MR M is a bit o f a β€”β€”
CARLO.

1

12 Oct 2026 18:44:45
More like a good rambling knee deep in waffle.
Remember Mr M can walk on water. πŸŽ£πŸ˜‰πŸŒ³.

1

12 Oct 2026 19:05:47
Think Stokie would like to see him try !
πŸ„πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§”πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ’¦πŸ”
CARLO.

2

12 Oct 2026 20:03:02
Carlo🀣, so would i for that matter🀣.

2

12 Oct 2026 17:21:53
I knew we were doomed when you predicted " 3 points guaranteed " and " we won't be nowhere near fighting relegation” to follow up your similar comments pre Coventry and the long list of wrong predictions during the World Cup.

Still, I'm all for supporting British industry even if it's only the betting business.
Don't bother reading my posts Skeggs and RRH. Honestly, they are way beyond anything both of you are capable of understanding or replying to.
πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

2

12 Oct 2026 18:14:21
Hey up baldy. you enjoying the glasner dream 😁.

0

12 Oct 2026 21:47:12
He's just being derogatory, leave him to it Skegs, clearly someone touched a nerve. Although reading down and using this thread as evidence, he is clearly obsessed with you. Backs against the wall time. 🀣🌳.

1

13 Oct 2026 10:25:17
RRH, clearly the Skegness Pride Event ( surely a desperate occasion) has had a deleterious effect on you. You should come to terms with your proclivities mate. It's unhealthy to go against your nature. As the Taoists say, it's like blaming vinegar for tasting sour.

1

13 Oct 2026 19:35:16
You seem to be an expert on the subject. πŸ‘.

1

13 Oct 2026 20:39:49
Let me ask you a question DDH. Have you ever visited Egypt mate?

0

13 Oct 2026 21:45:46
If by DDH you are referring to me? I've been through the Suez Canal several times if that counts. 😁🌳.

Effort Has to Be Liverpool's Bare Minimum

12 Oct 2026 07:39:15
{Ed's Note - MCR has posted a new article entitled, Effort Has to Be Liverpool's Bare Minimum

0

12 Oct 2026 15:31:22
To be honest Skeggs,I'm really not so sure that you were kidding us all along mate.
You seemed pretty adamant that you were right, and we were wrong.
Just say'n.

2

12 Oct 2026 15:42:19
Rogie my pal. i dont care if anyone believes me or not mate. im living the skegness dream πŸ‘.

2

12 Oct 2026 18:05:44
I sussed him long time ago the diamond. But he's right you can throw everything but the kitchen sink at him. you will never get to him bud.

2

12 Oct 2026 19:46:50
On the contrary Bowie, Skegs is easy to get riled up my friend. I've commented on it on here several times. When he does his syntax, punctuation, spelling ect goes out of the window and it becomes pure stream of consciousness rage and bile. I find it quite amusing tbh.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‡πŸŽ£.

4

12 Oct 2026 20:24:19
I've never believed him Rogie. He's an attention seeking bin dipper and he couldn't lie straight in bed mate.πŸŽ£πŸ˜‡.

2

12 Oct 2026 20:08:39
You ain't got a clue Stokie you don't know him & have no idea, you cant get to skegs, impossible, the punctuation was never in the window 🀣 no grammar school education there.

Just a lovely kind hearted bloke who would done anything for you. He don't need to hide behind fancy book quotes to try & impress folk. Just a down to earth guy & family man.

2

12 Oct 2026 21:21:34
Awwww bless. you two are made for each other. Get a room. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸŽ£πŸ˜‡.

1

12 Oct 2026 23:20:30
And he's a bin dipper.
