Reports in the press this evening that we are close to offering 40m for Gibs White, that could potentially take our spending to nearly 150m. The owner is taking a big gamble with this one,40m us a hell of a lot of money.

Getting concerned now that Murphy and cooper are detached from the signings. Yesterday’s performance/ result seems to have elevated the desperation in employing fantasy football tactics where we really should have targeted premiership experience over quantity. Wonderful that the owner is investing but it seems a frenzy has been whipped up as Gibbs white is a massive risk at £40mil if rumours are true. More coming as well which we might expect. Big job for cooper as well. Has HE signed his contract yet

Gibbs-White has been Coopers number 1 target all Summer and he wanted to build the team around him.
If he comes he'll improve us without question.
If he helps keep us up then fee is irrelevant. If he doesn't then we'll likely get a large chunk of it back by selling him on.
He'll be an England regular soon because he's that good.
I keep hearing he's not proven in the EPL but try and catch extended highlights from yesterday at Elland Road and get a glimpse of what he can do.
He also takes an excellent corner.
£40m is a lot but we'll probably be close to spending £200m by the time the window closes.
I'd be surprised if Wolves accept £40m after his performance yesterday.

No problem with us signing MGW but 40 million is a massive gamble. But he improves us, like others have said he’s SC’s number 1 target so he, the scouts etc. must be confident he can perform in the premier league.
Add another good CM (freuler) and a striker (Dennis) and see what happens! Potentially singing Moreno from Betis too he’d be a good singing too.

Wolves are Having Forest's pants down with MGW.
Forest are treading a fine line as it is.
Spend money to get player's but spend wisely.
A decent Striker is needed along with a creative attacking mid.
As for Dennis I really do not think he would here?
At the minute the team is hamstrung and hopefully they will find there feet.
