The success of the Reds this season, is in part due to the creation of a 'team' of players, who were in total greater than in parts. We have seen how this is destroyed by the input of a large group of new players . Now the spine of our team is Samba, Worrall, McKenna, Cook, Colback, Yates Surridge and Johnson. Also currently on our bench are Mighten, Soh, Cafu, Fig, Ethan, Lolley, Larngea . This latter group must in the managers eyes be close to that first team squad . I am therefore discounting other senior players at the club. The first job for SC and Dane are the five loanees, that were an integral part of our winning team . Without them we would not be in the Premiership today . So if we bought all of them, that on paper should be a good thing. However anyone new would need time to integrate. So do we buy Davis ( part of our winning team ) or Morgan white? I suspect Garner will not get into the MU team as MU have much greater ambitions ie the rumour of Mount from Chelsea as an example. Zinc is def worth more than 2 M if that is the going price . Finally our 'player of the season ' SPENCE . If we got no other player of the 5 loanees, SPENCE is a must.

Doc for me it will be interesting to see how the midfield is addressed. If zinc could add finishing to his locker he would be one hell of a player. I hope he stays with us. However garner and Yates, for me will struggle in the prem. as much as Yates has had sensational season his passing ability can be sloppy and lacks the pace for the step up. Garner, who I think will want to come, is always on the periphery not enough penetration for a young man. It will be difficult to fit colback in as a left back of quality must be sought and I just don’t think he is prem quality in midfield. A lot of commentators are saying that the teams that do well in their maiden prem season keep with the team that got them there. That’s not possible for us with the loanees, but we have an improving keeper and an awesome back three, great way to start…

Think figs lolley Taylor cafu soh and arter will be allowed to leave doc as they aren't going to be good enough in the Premier and mighten needs a season on loan to a championship club.
With bong and da Costa also off the books it frees up quite a bit of money.
I'm with you and believe we will get garner back on loan and we will get Davis and as long as we can match any other clubs offer spence.
I'm not fussed about Zincanagel or lowe to be honest as there is a lot better out there.

I think Yates deserves a chance, thanks to zink for his efforts but I think we should look elsewhere .

It is tricky to know what to do and how any monies can be spent wisely. This can only happen if Forest have a good scouting system, and a list is already made . My prospective brother in law thinks 10 players will be brought in. I strongly disagreed . The team can integrate two or three players no more . Of course we are only allowed two loanees. So suppose the two loanees were Garner and Spence, that would mean either 3 new players ie Davis, Zinc and maybe Lowe, ie the team would be unchanged. Perhaps that is wishful thinking . SC knows the players and their abilities who will help keep them up who will not . He was the one who got us from Zero to Hero, so I have complete faith he will get us mid table in the premier ship. I like many am looking forward to this next season and the team we put out for our first match . Remember how we played Liverpool with the team I think that faced Huddersfield.

I agree 2 star he can't last 90 minutes in the championship so will really struggle in the Premier.
Having said that you need a squad so if it's a couple of million then I'd take him fir the bench or he might improve his fitness.
