One of the reasons West Brom and Leeds are doing so well is because their midfielders are scoring goals. If Lolley and Semedo could do the same we would be doing better than we are.

Exactly what I said yesterday. Pereira is doing what Lolly did last year and that's the difference. Its not happening for Joe this year and Ameobi couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo, the amount of shots he has for no return is incredible. We have no other scoring midfielders. Vital when only playing one up top. There lies the January transfer answer along with a striker we need a scoring number 10 and scoring winger.

Three players only. I say only but it will be very difficult to achieve. Let's hope our scouting system comes up trumps.

Why would it be difficult to achieve?
Premier clubs are often looking to loan players out and then you have players whose contract will expire in the summer so cheap deals can be done.
At least we know that for the first window in ages we won't be signing centre backs and defensive midfielders 😀😀😀.

Leeds play at a very high tempo, last season It took its toll towards the end, be interesting to see if it happens again this season.
