In the light of some requests for clarification of a description I originally coined I hope this definition helps?

By return and in the spirt of sharing I’d like to define the characteristics of the ‘Happy Clapper’
A Forest fan whose natural instinct is to convince themselves that everything is going to be ok irrespective of the same mistakes being repeated and clear for all no ‘Happy Clappers’ to see.
Unrealistic in their expectations that never has been and yet to have bee’s will move to Forest and be any better than what we’ve tried before.
Quick to dismiss any other view point if it doesn’t beat a turn that can be happy clapped too by the ‘Happy Clapper’
Quite happy to go with whatever the hierarchy say even if it contradicts and undermines some of the key messages that have reconnected club and fans in recent times.
Clappers, you know who you are and you know that you are learning to clap a different tune by Xmas - just in case . God Bless you all. In the clappers we trust .
