A joke for discussions.

The snob asks the bartender for a 12-year-old Scotch. The bartender serves him, but the snob spits it out. "Hey, what are you trying to pull? I know my scotch, and this isn't 12-year-old, it's 5-year old! "

The bartender apologizes "Sorry, sir, we really don't have much demand here for 12 year scotch and all I have is 5 year. Can I get you something else? "

"Yes, " the snob demanded. "Get me a 20 year cognac. " The bartender served him, and the snob immediately spit it out. "What are you trying to pull? I know my cognac, and this is only 10 year cognac. "

The bartender apologizes again, once again explaining that his humble bar doesn't carry much fancy liquor. "Can I get you something else? "

"Yes, " the snob says, "just get me a glass of the oldest bottled of wine you have in this dump. "

The bartender goes into the cellar to look around. Meanwhile, an old homeless man has been sitting at the end of the bar, watching this spectacle unravel. He walks up to the snob and taps him on the shoulder. "Here, " the man says, "try this" and slides him a glass of amber liquid.

The snob tastes it. "HOLY DUCK IS THIS URINE? "

"Yeah, " the homeless man says, "now tell me how old I am! " 🌳.

The thing is, Big M still wants to give the EL a real go. So, whoever the coach is, we'll have to play our best players to progress. It all goes down to signings again. You can't spend 200 mill and not strengthen your first XI.

Forget about signing squad players. Sign players that will battle it out with MGW, etc. Have a stress-free Saturday. All starts again Sunday.

Just like to give a huge HUGE well done to the actor Robert aramayo on receiving his BAFTA for me one of the best films ever (I swear) based on the life of John Davidson. A Scottish laddie who grew up with tourrettes in the early 80s before the syndrome was really diagnosed.

Tears for them both. Couldn't hold back. if ever any of ya get the chance please watch it. 😇❤️.

DTP - I'm not a natural 'moaner'. I do think, however, 'every dog has his day'. I'll give this new coach a chance. However, I stand by what I believe in. Big M is a spent force at Forest as an owner. Things move on quickly in football - the guy is nowadays a liability to our great club.

He is the instigator of us lurching from one crisis to another. Big M has dragged us through the mire and is still doing so. As Bowie rightly said, in the early days the guy was our saviour. However, I think that he's now become a heavyweight we're carrying around our necks as a club.

If the club wasn't in the best place it's been in 30 years, it might make more sense. We still might be playing in the Champions League next season. We have one of the most valuable squads in world footy, and we are in Europe and the Premier League.

Cyclist and all, might, possibly, hopefully... These are words that I've seen creeping into various posts on here recently. How on earth have we got into this situation after flying last season? The answer is our owner. Just look at the comments from Shearer, Jordan, our former players, and the national press. Nottingham Forest have become the epitome of how to press the 'self-destruct button' in the PL.

We are a laughing stock. Our players have become lazy backstabbers who, frankly, can't wait to leave our club. We've just appointed a record-breaking fourth coach this season. Lord only knows how our finances are stacking up - I suspect that situation is dire. I suspect we'll be selling off all of our quality players in the next window to survive. I see all the signs of Nottingham Forest about to implode.

I'd say Maranakis is only just getting going in Premiership football for sure. As we all said last season, strap yourselves in. It's gonna be a rollercoaster of a ride. As for a laughing stock, I am sure there are loads of less fortunate and well off clubs and fans cracking up at how much money our owner has and invests!

To be fair, Scotland were the better team overall, but the sendings off were a bit harsh and looked worse than they were. You can't play the Scots at Murrayfield with a player short for 30 minutes out of 80. There were too many errors, the charged down drop kick from Ford led to a try.

Up to that point, we were doing ok in fighting back. Anyway, as my mate told me, England Rugby are being sponsored by Mars because we always get battered in Scotland. 😂😂😂😂
