Don't blame the ref, don't blame VAR, don't blame the owner, yes one of the pen decisions may have changed the game a little, but at the end of the day, probably this manager ain't good enough, he never manages to change anything in a game. But definitely these players are not performing as they should for a team in our position, they are a disgrace and don't deserve to play in the premiership, let alone for Nottingham Forest. When I played in local football I always tried to give 100% watching this today, can you give me a man of the match for Forest, someone who gave his all for this club, they huffed and puffed a little, but were was the commitment and real effort to change things around, its not there and hasn't been all season. Either these players are not wanting or able to give 100% or they are just not good enough and with four games to go I can't see anything changing. This, my, club is a laughing stock complaining about refs and VAR, try sticking that bag of wind in the onion bag a few times in a game, that makes a difference, who says we would have scored any of the pen decisions anyway, relying on Var decisions alone ain't on, SCORING SOME GOALS Just Might. I keep reading people think that there is a good team in this squad, but it seems to be bloody well hidden, had two managers, and neither could find one. When I posted the other week this was one of the winnable games along with the Wolves game to get the points to stay up, my prediction was to go down if we did nothing in these games, not looking to good, but maybe we can beat City and Chelsea, and pigs might fly. Here's Hoping.

{Ed025's Note - im not having all of that Dreamon, nobody is saying you are a good side otherwise you would not be where you are, but that game was massive today and quite frankly you were robbed, not 1, not 2, but 3 stonewall penalties that you never got cost you that game mate..

Sorry Ed025 but I don’t agree with you that three not given pens cost us the match today, admittedly they could and should have been given, but they were not, and in our overall play, or lack of it, we were just not good enough to even score a goal, we were second rate to a very average to poor side. Everything you need to fight against relegation from a side was missing today, the will to win, the will to fight, courage, effort, pride, the two in midfield hardly put in a tackle, letting players run at our defence get shots in, even scoring goals from outfield shots, witch even the Everton fans say just never happens. Overall today NONE of the Forest side or manager deserve a score of more than Four out Ten for todays performance, they were all dreadful, and the Everton fans will tell you that they were not much better. If we had been good enough to score two goals today from open play, then we wouldn’t have lost, being given just one of the disallowed pen shouts we could have won, but we didn’t and we wasn’t, to say we were robbed is wrong, we are simply not good enough to win enough games, goals win games, not VAR decisions, or lack of them going your way. Would still be nice to get some before the end of the season though.

{Ed025's Note - the thing is Dreamon is that if you get even one of them pens the game changes, it must have been very disconcerting to the Forest players to not get even one of them and thats when heads drop, i do agree that there were 2 very poor teams out there on Saturday but one got the breaks and one did not and that decided the outcome mate, i get that you are unhappy with your team and manager (im not a Nuno fan either) but i think you were very harshly treated..

Ed I do agree with you about being harshly treated with the penalties, and they could change games, that’s very true, what I’m really trying to say is, that in the position Forest find themselves in, ie relegation trouble, we should not be having to rely on VAR decisions to help us win games, do it by trying to score more goals ( not penalties) than the opposition, and certainly putting a hell of a lot more effort in to trying to win those matches. That’s all mate. But thanks for a great conversation. Very appreciated.

{Ed025's Note - i get that Dreamon and agree that that 100% effort should be a given, but when you are on the receiving end of decisions like that heads are bound to drop mate..

Hi all,
I am not going to listen to another Nuno post match / pre match interview again. The "we have to work hard / we are working hard" isn't cutting the mustard with me I'm afraid
It's the same mistakes week in / week out without change.
I find myself screaming "close him down" multiple times week in week out. Our goal is like a coconut shy. Two shots from outside the box, two goals.
How many players can you count on one hand who would be bothered if we stayed up or went down? I've thought about this and still have fingers to spare!

So disgusted and embarrassed by what I've seen today almost lost for comment at the moment. The players I've pointed out for criticism have yet again proved what rubbish they are in away Premier League games. This is not entertainment.

Ok ok the lot of ya. Calm down. Remember, there's 11 players to take on here, and a f ck load of bent officials. Bent VAR which comes under the i love my team and i will take them one step further. At any cost and more thank you ching ching.

So between us and Luton then. yikes!
Nuno so flat, emotionless and uninspiring.
Everton so poor a half decent team beat them today.
What we expect and what we get in our last 2 home games is probably a point at best
At least 1 win in the last 2 away games

This premier league lark has been soul destroying at least last season there was a spark, a glimmer in the last few games or so. There still seems to be no relationships in the team, unless Awoniyi plays, it's all sort of hectic.
We must have the worst recruitment team in the history of the prem. 44 players and the majority are rubbish.
Woods in a half decent team gets another half a dozen goals or so. If you going to play him it's got to be to his strengths. Cross the ball, beat the first man, stop, well stopping and passing it backwards.
I think the only way we stay up is if Luton don't win another game and don't get many more than a point or 2, we need to try and win at least win, 2 or 3 draws.

And in the immediate aftermath of the full-time whistle going at Goodison, Forest released a tweet that not only said that they were on the wrong end of three 'extremely poor decisions, ' but claimed that they had warned the PGMOL in the build-up to the game that Stuart Attwell, on VAR duty for the game, was a Luton Town fan.

The tweet read: "Three extremely poor decisions - three penalties not given - which we simply cannot accept.

"We warned the PGMOL that the VAR is a Luton fan before the game but they didn't change him. Our patience has been tested multiple times.
