It's fair enough. We probably didn't offer the wages or the playing time that he wanted. We go our separate ways, best for both parties.
Hopefully he's remembered fondly for the goals and service he gave us. He dragged us through some tough seasons. Hope someone gives him a nice bumper contract to see out his final days. He's still a really useful Champ-level player.

Grabban a good championship player but never looked like a premiership player in his twenties, he's had good money out of us for his efforts but its nice to see for a change that we're not funding his retirement, it will be nice to have a proper club captain and not one that had it in his contract, he's scored some important goals but also missed a fair amount including penalties I always got the feeling he thought he was better than he was and when we weren't playing well he threw the dummy out the pram and sulked around the pitch, so its cheerio from me.
