I think chasing a striker from a prem club is futile. If he is sat on the bench there he ain't going to sit on our bench. SL can only play one up top, that's his bag, so Grabban is un droppable. Their is no vacancy for a goalscorer unless Lewis gets injured. So common sense would be to bring back walker as back up and invest in one or two attacking goal scoring central midfielders. Some big powerful lads who can boss games and have a threat. Silva is poor and carvalaho lightweight and hopefully on his way. Try selling the club to a strker looking for game time? Its going to be a cameo role, you might just tempt a lazy Kodjia but your sharps and gayle etc will want action guaranteed. Is SL for changing?

Is Walker going to want to go from being a hot shot at Lincoln to being a bench warmer at Forest. The head coach will need to adopt a 3-5-2, 5-3-2, or 4-3-1-2 at home with the emphasis on attack if we are going to attract a good striker but as you say that is not his bag.

You missed 433 could be a system he would use with an extra striker playing out wider with lolley the other flank?

I did not miss it, it could happen but a striker should not be on the wing. There are exceptions to the rule of course but if the head coach wants someone on the wing get a winger.
