I see the Foremoaners are out in force again whinging why we are not giving our own a go or buying proven British players instead of recruiting from Europe.

The answer is
1. Our own have struggled to become top Championship players

2. Tyrone Mings who got Villa out the league is going to cost £26.5m to sign which shows how inflated prices have got.

The Portuguese and French players in the frame are the right profile and fit our budget making JC look a bargain at £13m when he gets some quality and pace around him!

So cheer up everyone and enjoy the ride!

Would rather pay 26 million for a player that gets you out of the championship than 13 for a bloke that doesn't lol we had 3 players from Portugal last season if we had bought them would of cost us nearly 50 million I wouldn't of gave 50 quid all were doing is gambling on players that haven't even played in the English league waste of time far better players here at a lot lower price simples 😜.

Who are the better players at lower prices?

07 Jul 2019 20:57:07
If Carvalho had have played the fourteen games instead of sitting on the bench we may have gone up.

07 Jul 2019 21:07:55
That player can’t help when the manger is too stubborn to play him skegs.

07 Jul 2019 21:12:02
We’ve been trying that route for years Skeg and that hasn’t got us anywhere, the British based players are either overpriced or overrated, it worked for Wolves and Watford and there’s a lot of prem sides that won’t help us out with loan players or there young players, why that is, we will never know, but there has been some deep seated problems within the club for years, this is now changing. The owners have obviously got European connections and end of the day if it works it will change the way how Forest is viewed in this country as well.

Come on lads we weren't going up and the one person that dropped carvalho was Simon Ireland first game in charge and last away to reading.
This is one guy we need to get rid of, he has no cv worth looking at and is very defensive minded, bought in by others and getting away with his failures.

Lol we will see another different side of your comments again come xmas 🎄😁🤣👇.

07 Jul 2019 21:41:59
Sows the Portuguese if you've been watching. lol.

07 Jul 2019 21:43:51
Ps " Pele " my arse garbage and Monaco paid 15 mill for him.

It s an interesting word red "formoaners" but everyone does have a moan, but is it a moan?
Or is it someone or something you don't agree with?
Then you need to learn to agree or disagree my friend and not judge as then you also become one.
Think about it?

Foreign players tend to be technically better than English players and cheaper.

08 Jul 2019 08:22:15
2 star not sure what point you’re making players like Traore, Bendtner, Teixeira and Janko have played a majority of their career in England. Dejagah and Kasami to a lesser amount, I’d also say Bojan jokic, Pele and Wague were actually fairly decent. You also failed to mention players like Yacob, Carvs, Milosavic, Figs etc. It’s easy to name poor British players we have signed in the past; Clough, McKay, Watson, Murphy, Jamie Ward, Henderson, Steele, Fox, Hobbs, Mancienne, Matty Fryatt, Matt mills.

08 Jul 2019 08:22:44
If I started writing down all the failed British based players I’d be here all day, and like I said before it’s what's been happening behind the scenes at the club which is the fundamental problem, there’s an awful lot of agent fees and signing on fees isn’t there. Money breeds greed and there’s have been a lot of that which has engulfed our club for decades and you want to stay with tradition and the old, wake up guys and smell the coffee.

08 Jul 2019 08:46:23
Apart from a couple on that list these signings were the work of one of the Greatest Impressionist Owner ever to grace our shores Fantasy Fawaz!

We have had our share of successful overseas imports over the years so now we have an owner who understands how to run a football club let's see what happens?
