So Bong had another reluctant run out today further cementing the astonishment that he ever made it as a footballer. He has his critics but Samba showed again why we are very lucky to have him. Spence as always, full of energy and moments of class, but needs to work of consistency. Worrall and Mckenna solid as ever but similarly with Yates, Worrall needs to be less of a liability on the ball. Colback reborn under SC, another sterling job in breaking up readings play. Lolley and Johnson solid but they need a player like Garner in the center of mid who can give them a better supply. And as for Grabban, he needs 10 chances before he scores 1, we need a more clinical striker with pace. Much work to be done for Mr Murphy but he will already know exactly what we need.

Nohing to criticise, great game of football and enjoyed every minute of it.
Bong is Bong and he's no good in a flat back four, hence the change from Cooper.
More plusses than minus from the game with lots of chances for both sides.
Fair result in the end.

Agreed Bowie. Don't get me wrong we've improved a lot since Hughton, but the defense still can't defend balls in to the box for toffee. And we still move the ball around at a snails pace.

Then Worrall bad defending from. the corner cost us the game.
I just think it was a great advert for the championship and with the same squad have proved that with a licence to go forward that we are a good squad and one defeat to the top side shows I'm right.
