I hope you guys are starting to realise why you need to stick with bosses who develop a club/ team. I am referring to the likes of Warburton and O'Neil who have done it before and wanted to do it here.
This club is going to be in a desperate position. If we try to spend our way out of trouble then we will be in breach of financial fair play unless I missed something.

Well as you know i never wanted warburton sacked along with skegsjay.
Said it was a bad decision and marinakis keeps making them.
Hope he sells up to be honest comes across as angry, impatient and irresponsible.

100% I didn’t want O Neil sacking, in fact if it wasn’t for the fact all the family had tickets I’d have asked for a refund, I know a few who did. Hughton would have been ok if he’d have come after O Neil but he’s inherited a very, very poor team .

You two were exceptions on here. Our fanbase is so short-sighted and short-term if you ask me. Cloughie would have been fired in his first season if this lot were in charge back then for a start!
I'm hoping Hughton realises that there is not much point pushing the "seasoned" pros to go for promotion and uses them to bring through the best young players we have.
That might be a future and as we won't be playing in the Prem until 2022 at the earliest so why not?

My other observation is that we rarely appoint a manager who has even been in charge of a club for more than 2 years. Speaks volumes.
And when we do we fire them if they don't get promoted in less than 1 season. Idiotic way to run a club.

Cyclist you aren't wrong warbo had to use youngsters and a couple of cheap buys plus a ganble on Cummins to get by.

Well after his open letter and marinakis going the opposite way since warbo maybe we can't blame him for saying nothing?

But out of those 14 how many of them did we actually need to improve the team?
Send all the loans back in January if possible all no good we signed all these defenders but didn't actually need them one yes but not this many.

Yep. What a waste of money. We also didn't need Freeman as he is blocking Mighten. We have good players out on loan.
