Just in relation to last night match….
Frustrating in the extreme. The last time I remember a game as one sided as this ending in a draw was donkeys years ago at Swansea, a nil nil where they gave us a football lesson, hit the woodwork several times etc.
Just one goal out of the 35 attempts with 10 on target would have got the points because Wolves had nothing going forward, just played 541. But, not to be. Sadly for Dyche.
The writing was on the wall from sections of the crowd and grumbling on the slow shuffle by the back of the Trent End. But I thought Dyche had enough credit in the bank from his record so far. A win would have put us 5 points clear and a good breathing space but narrow margins.
We are becoming a bit entitled as a fan base I think. We should stay humble and patient, like last season. Mr M has got us to this situation with his decisions involving Edu, Nuno and Postacoglau, plus th recruitment fiasco.
I always thought our “spine” needed to stay fit and lucky as they were under Nuno ( Sels, Murillo, Anderson, MGW and Wood) but 3 of the 5 injured and two out of form.
For all the criticism of Morato he did well last night ( against poor opposition) Hutch poor, Lucca likewise.
CHO, Aina, Williams huffed and puffed to no end result. Likewise MGW and Anderson who, between them, ran the midfield but were, in the end stifled and unproductive.
Wolves were atrocious but let’s not forget they dismantled West Ham a few weeks ago whilst last night the second worst team Burnley beat Palace who have spent a big wodge on Johnno and Larson but not much at the back to replace Guehi.
There are no guarantee wins in the Prem. We should remember that …….

Well said Stokey.

Well put stokey, I took heard the chants behind me in the upper Trent end, what people forget is this very situation we find ourselves in was debated on this very site at the beginning of the season. I believe people didn't expect it to materialize, but it has so we have two choices get behind the new coach or walk away. I'm not sure about the new man as I don't know enough about him other than what happened at wolves, and that's at best dismissal.
And for the owner to pull a number of senior players (who by the way probably won't be at the club come next August) to tell tails about the coaches is decetful and under hand. in my humble opinion should be ashamed of themselves.

Entirely agree Vale mate. If it’s true I’ve added that stab in the back to the owners charge sheet. Disgraceful ( and will further deter any good future manager from having anything to do with us)

Dyche had to go or we where certs to get relegated, what part of that don't some understand?
12 Feb 2026 20:51:10
Nobody is arguing that dyche shouldn't have gone, it's the way it was done. He said she said is no way for anyone to lose their job. Mr M was at the game and to the best of my knowledge he isn't blind, he also attends most games, so there was no reason to involve any of the players.
Please DTP don't try to create an argument where one isn't called for.

He should have gone after Leeds display
Redvale its a site to discuss, not agree with everyone.

I'm not arguing with anyone.

Neither am I, your just thinking it, because it suits you and you don't agree.
