Think given the right service we have a fantastic striker in jesus
Best signing of summer window imo.

I agree dtp for once. if he starts hitting 30 goals a season he might make up for edus other signings when he's sold. ? but yes I definitely like Jesus and his attitude.

Jesus, Caibano and Jair Cuhna were a "dodgy" deal between Marinakis and John Textor. Their signings were not organised by Edu. So was keeping MGW.
keeping Boly was part of the Marinakis deal with Nuno. Nuno's joke of a contract that cost us a fortune was also negotiated by Marinakis.
Edu was the driving force behind signing Luiz and Hutchinson according to agent talk and papers. Kalimuendo cost us nothing really if Frankfurt are taking over his fee and contract.
Th esort of thing I'd criticise Edu for is appointing a manager who plays a system that doesn't suit KAalimuendo, McAttee and Luiz. Why spend millions on them then get a manager who boots it over their heads (literally)

After watching the club world cup i was really impressed with him, your point about the right service is spot on, he's definitely no target man but is willing to work his ass off for the cause. Quick balls in and around the opposing centre backs is key because he has really good movement.
I think the likes of MGW and CHO have started to realise this. His goals on Thursday were fantastic as was his goal against Brentford, his confidence must be sky high atm so hopefully his form will continue into the Premier league. ?.

And cyclist, have you ever played the game? (i only played semi for a bit but some of the lads i played with were decent and went on to play at decent clubs, one of my mates played for the bin dippers at Filbert Street). No offence intended by the way but occasionally players who have ability kinda ignore the head coaches directions and take a game by the scuff of the neck, i.e Yates, McAtee and Sangare on Thursday, all were superb, their intent going forward was a joy to watch and that came from their natural ability.
Don't get me wrong because i can't imagine the creativity comes from Dyche but if you look at Stone and Woan i can't see either of them being negative on the training ground. Woan was one a magician and Stoney a wide work horse.
I would bet my house on those guys have a massive influence on the forward thinking lads in the dressing room, especially the likes of Yates, Ando, MGW and CHO, all English and know about the history of the club and would have been watching things like euro 96 where Stone did pretty damn well. I know Dyche and Edu have made mistakes but. And i say but, so has Mr M, i said to you on live chat i honestly wish Nuno had gone in the summer and Ange had had a full preseason with the squad, beaten the bus parking outta them and moulded them into an attacking unit. That didn't happen and when he came in it was far to late. We're stuck with Dyche for now, accept it and suck it up buttercup ??.

I agree when a game's in progress some players can do something to create a spark and it galvanises the whole team, Yates and McAtee on Thursday, and in the past Stuart Pearce doing 2/ 3 bone crushing tackles got the supporters excited and the team up there game 100%.

I largely agree with your post, but I disagree with your statement about Ange red.
If Dyche is able to keep us up, he will have fulfilled his role and we should express our gratitude and move forward without him.
