Since Mr Marinakis took over at Olympiacos in 2011 he's had 24 managers, does he set the bar too high, inpatient!, t he's had good managers there, he's sacked Silva already there. Is his personality effecting Forest getting a decent coach?, just wish he would take a step back and let the people he employs do there jobs?.

He's definitely without a doubt highly impatient and expects quick results.
Too add to that I'd say he is also greedy with high expectations.
Taking a step would be make sense however he likes to be hand's on albeit too much.
I believe the need for results is part of his business acumen/ ethos being ruthless is probably an afterthought often resulting in firing.
This approach may work in Greece but here establishing a successful Premier League Club and Status takes a long time, patience and deep pockets.

Olympiacos was a very successful team before Mr Marinakis, it was the equivalent of buying Liverpool here, apart from a coach called Martin's who got three and half seasons, the rest was lucky to get twelve months, inpatient!.
Not arguing about the amount of money he's put i into Nottingham Forest, but how much has been wasted!, tried to Google players brought by Forest and played less than three games?, I gave up.
Mr Marinakis seems unable to think long term, and relys on advisors who are poor or he just doesn't listen.

Olympiacos won a European trophy last year. Greek teams aren't exactly serial winners in Europe. The Europa League 2024 is the ONLY MAJOR EUROPEAN TROPHY a Greek side has ever won. A MONUMENTAL ACHIEVEMENT.
Not sure why you try to diminish Marinakis achievements. We were also out of the Prem for over 20 years and Europe since the last century.
