I have no sympathy at all for palace, they broke the rules, it's down to their tinpot ownership, , to my mind justice was done, we finished miles in front of them over 38 games, in the league, to win the cup, they beat Doncaster Stockport millwall fulham villa and Man City, hardly a fantastic achievement beating 3 premier teams, morally we should have that place over them anyway,

The fact that they have released another statement this lunch time still blaming everyone else and still not admitting mistakes were made says it all. ?Em, hope the conference league takes its toll on their threadbare squad and they get relegated. ?.

The statement:
"The decision by Uefa and followed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport shows that sporting merit is rendered meaningless"
"It appears that certain clubs, organisations and individuals have a unique privilege and power"
"This growing and unhealthy influence has shattered the hopes and dreams of Crystal Palace supporters, and does not bode well for aspirational teams all over Europe competing to progress when rules and sanctions are unevenly applied in the most flagrant way"
Why can't Parish just bite the bullet and hold his hands up and say. "we ducked up". I personally think its disgusting and he should resign his influence. ?.

Redrobinhood because he’s desperate to deflect the blame anywhere but where it belongs,

Mr Parish will continue to blame others for his own failings as a business man and SA a chairman.
Stand up Mr Parish, hold your hands up and apologise to the Palace fans!
When Forest had points deducted for breaches of PSR, you wanted the club thrown out of the league. You quoted rules are rules!
As for Palace fans, change your banner and your chairman!

Drogheda united got expelled aswell for exactly the same reason, so parish is talking bull, he knew when the deadline was, but I'd say ge never imagined they'd get to a cup final, never mind win it?
That's main reason nothing was done as they weren't fighting for a place in Europe through the league.

Parish hasn't done much wrong. It's Textor who made a mess of it.

It’s a classic ploy used by unscrupulous politicians and leaders since time immemorial, to deflect blame from their own failings and transferring to others who are entirely innocent.
Hitler did the same in perpetuating the myth that Germany’s defeat in World War One was due to betrayal by the Jews, the infamous “ stab in the back” theory. This extended the myth of Aryan superiority and invincibility, leading inexorably to the Holocaust.
Did Parrish and Textor somehow believe the rules didn’t apply to them? What were they thinking as they walked into a giant elephant trap?
Talking of giant elephants, our Mr M isn’t the sort of bloke to give suckers a second chance….

It would not of crossed their minds to do anything in March ravers, because they weren't even thinking of Europe
Textor isn't the chairman at the end of the day
It's rules and they'd have known the outcome when they reached the FA cup final
Textor done his bit in the end but far to late, you can't sign players after a transfer deadline, unless free agents, so why should any other deadline be different?
I feel sorry for the fans but that's down to parish as chairman letting them down.
