Try contacting a bank Rogie. No chance of them answering.
I transferred to a building society and guess what, they pick the phone up and say " Good morning, how can I help you? "

Exact same with my Electric company!
Over 20 mins on the phone waiting for them to pick up.
So when they finally did I said to them "Now I really like Mr Blue Sky by ELO. however I'm completely off it now! I've been listening to it for the past 20 mins! "
An hour later I'm still being "Guided" by them through their useless App.
I got so fed up I said "Look? Clearly this is not working can you maybe do something for my inconvenience say some free credit? "
"OH we'll have to check that out. we'll ring you back later today"
That was last Wednesday!

Well I'm not done with them. yet!

I'm a van driver now. so when I told my insurance company. they replied
"It actually doesn't make your policy any cheaper. because the fact you are not in your car as much, indicates to us that your even MORE liable to have an accident in it? "
You really couldn't make it up!
