Let’s judge Sean Dyche when he has a full team to chose from and atm he has the spine of his team missing Murrilo Luis and Wood the list goes on Aina had been a huge miss as has Awoniyi who was just starting to show some form
We will be fine this season 11/ 12th in my opinion.

I've judge him already on his past record and his time with us. Totally useless. We will achieve nothing with him in charge. Marinakas obsession with employing out of work managers is killing us.
He's apparently obsessed with Marco Silva too. He's really ripping it up with Fulham ? Nothing to look forwards to for years to come sadly

It doesn't matter about the injuries there's 100s millions pounds worth of talent still on that field there was no fight in that team whatsoever if you as a manager can't install confidence into the team that's playing and make them at least show up and fight for the game then games are half lost by the kick off.

He kept under resourced and underdogs Burnley in the Prem for TEN YEARS and got them into Europe one year. That’s a miraculous achievement. He did the same for skint and points deducted Everton.
He’s had 6 WEEKS at Forest. With a depleted squad, injuries to key players and the club in a shambles after Nuno and Ange’s departure he’s
lost 3, won 5, drawn 2 out of 10 games.

How can the team be missing a player who has never really been in it? I'm on about Luiz, obviously.
Agree, we're missing the Aina from last season, but we haven't had that player this season even when he was fit. Same for Wood.
The boss has the job of managing the squad in Europe and getting the best out of the players who are fit, and getting the old Wood and Aina back. He isn't doing that job very well at the moment.
As for Luiz, he hasn't been properly fit at all this season and a lot of last season. It looks like we might be better making sure we don't trigger the number of appearances where we are obliged to sign him permanently if that is an option. Sad because he is a fantastic player when fit, but you can't carry a crock and pay massive wages.

Correction, he kept Burnley in the Prem for 7 years and spent 2 years getting them back up from the Championship. Still an amazing achievement for such a small club.

I don’t understand your comment about it somehow being SD’s fault that Wood and Aina aren’t back to fitness? I mean we have one Jesus in the squad but how many miracle workers do you want? ?????.

We've beat crap Liverpool Leeds and just beat wolves. and dyche only got the job because no decent manager would come to us with edu and maranakis looking over there shoulder. So wouldn't really matter who I wanted as no decent manager would come anyway.

Not sure why you've nailed your colours to the Dyce mast so firmly, Stokey. I don't always agree wirth Larry, but his position looks more likely to be right than yours.
I'd love to see the local connection succeed, but it looks unlikely to me on recent evidence. To manage a team in Europe, you have to manage a squad not just a 1st team.

Skeggs, we lost to ( a then in form) Bournemouth, and a flying Brighton and Everton, , all those games coming after Europa and tight schedules plus a depleted squad. Let’s see how we do when we get a few key players back ( or alternatively reinforcement in January ).

I Hope SD does well but feel that Mr M will make a move for Silva from Fulham at end of season.
Can't judge SD yet he has inherited a side low on confidence, with some additional odd buys in the transfer window and 7 players out injured.
Hopefully get these players back and some players will not have to play twice a week and can rotate those that are not performing.

That’s a great and sensible post Monty.
It’s not that I’ve nailed my colours to SD mast, just that I think we should give him more than 6 bloody weeks and 10 games. Ange left a right mess for SD to try to sort out, itself following on from division and chaos left by Nunos departure. Ultimately, the fault of Mr M who makes the appointments and calls the shots.
None of the 3 coaches I’ve mentioned are fools. They know football is results based and they will be the sacrificial lambs as the Head Honcho is untouchable no matter what his personal culpability.
But we don’t want to perpetuate the managerial roundabout. It’s getting like the expendable Death Star captains under Darth Vader. Stability and some semblance of continuity are priority atm.
By the way, Skeggs, I thought you ducked out of the question as to whom you would appoint and what you would do differently? It’s only an opinion I’m after, none of us are actually Mr M.

Thiago motta done wonders with bologna. had crap time at juve but they lost a lot of good players before he took job on. would suit our tactics and team only young and out of work at minute.
