What would you do with manager/ coach who got you to highest position in years, got you into Europe, to FA semi, s, got several players hitting the best form ever, created real harmony.
I, d undermine him by bringing in a disruptive influence who I, d allow to spend millions on players the coach didn’t want.
I stop listening to him and pay all my attention to the influencer and you know what I, d do, Sack him!
Then we, d find the polar opposite of him to run the team then I sit back and watch us really take off.

It's not just Edu!, Mendes had his nose pushed out by Edus arrival, lost his influence with Marinakis, , telling it was Mendes who sorted the deal out for Nuno at West Ham!.?

Nearly every clinic runs the same way you really think nuno will have any control at West ham woth Bradey and co there, he did exactly the same at wolves before us, mr M isn't blameless but not the sole reason.

Great post Carlo. However, let's step inside the mind of N. E. S for a while. Watching/ listening to him yesterday at Brighton, he doesn't strike me as someone who has much of a conscience about leaving us as you stated Carlo: Crest of a wave, (or gentle swell), it was great! ("you'll have to drag me out of here, Ev.! Champion's league and League Cup next lad's.

Instead he left and found himself straight to West Ham. What does he think about when he wakes up? Does he still think about the players and fans who feel let down by his departure? Yes, I spotted that Norfolk my friend. It can be quite a “Trial” to be a “Stoker” sometimes……???.
