Looks to me like the players have bought into SL's style of play and football philosophy. They seem to like him and appear to be singing from the same hymn sheet which is MASSIVE. we have the makings of a good team here. Hopefully all goes well and we can be challenging in the top six come the next transfer window opens and we can get a new striker in. COYR.

Players should Always buy into how the manager asks them to play. They are employed, and paid well, to do a job by the club and the minimum any fan or manager deserves is that the players work hard and try the best they can to be successful. Good performance and result yesterday, let's hope we can carry that sort of performance into the next couple of games which I expect will provide a tougher test of these players.

Not really passtheball if a manager uses the wrong tactics or formation against a team, plays them out of position ect it will affect a player.
