I dunno what’s got between folk on here but I’ll say this, life can change within a nano second, unless something really bad has happened (which I doubt ) it’s a life of regret if your final words or interactions are words or interactions you wish you’d done differently. Sorry for lecture but think it through.
Think of one of our own hero’s, hit the bottle because he fell out with his soul mate over the signing of John Robertson, he never made it up and it destroyed him in the end - it was futile. I wish he’d seen sense as it consumed him in the end.
Have a read of William Blake the poison tree - there is a lesson in it for us all, or watch an interview with james dean Bradfield where he talks about victor jara - the message about accepting each other in spite of our beliefs is another valuable message.

Good post 2star and what we all need to learn is FORGIVENESS. If someone errs and apologises, accept with your heart, truly forgive and move on. Forgiveness helps you as much as the offender. Life is way too short for bitterness and revenge.

Just when we’d actually got talking about football again, please leave the lectures on forgiveness to the professionals on Sunday mornings, nobody outside the pair of them knows what’s happened between 79 and Bowie, I’ve met DTP plenty of times and consider him a mate, BOWIE I’ve met a few times and had a good laugh with him no issue, good lad, and I think he knows that if I had anything to say to him, good or bad I would look him in the eye and tell him, good or bad, to his face, not on this football site, leave the lads to sort it, themselves, and it would help if the gang of 2 from skeg, stopped stirring it, it’s a massive match today, the board should be full of that,

Actually I've text him this morning and told him to leave it Bowie's a great lad and just gets upset easy because he trys to get on with everyone and can't understand why kind of guy he his so you need to get your facts right about stirring things Steve and I agree I have a problem I tell them to there face and don't give a damn.

Since my near death encounter I’ve come to look on life in a different way. Yes we all fall out, and have a difference of opinion to others, and yes we can wind each other up. I saw some truly horrific head injures on the critical care ward at the qmc. So we should be glad of what we have. Yes we may well get relegated but we just might stop up. If we do go down look on the bright side home games 3pm every other week and a game in mid week. On the moving ground debate, the only place that would be suitable would be the embankment. Toton is in no mans land, no hospitality nothing, and half a billion to build. Hope 79 and Bowie are ok, you were decent to me in the past. I will reserve on everyone else till I get to know them.
