I would just like to emphasise on the post above made by East coast red, we are back where we rightfully belong as everyone connected with this great club only too well knows our great footballing history, but with out the likes of Gary Brazil, Andy Reid, Steve Cooper, Dane Murphy and of course not forgetting our great owner Evangelous Marinakis and son Miltiadas…. we wouldn’t be where we are today, back in the premiership and playing Newcastle United, so a big sincere thank you to all of the above for making this dream come true for every supporter of this great club. For those who have past they will also be with you in spirit.

Can't help thinking back now to the awful moments of relegation but contrasting with the blissful feeling that we are back at a great ground today with a tremendous crowd.
I can't remember which year this was, could be the 93 season, but it was Plough Lane and THE CRAZY GANG. We lost 3/ 0 and young Clough was playing centre back. Very depressing scene at the end, felt awful. This day though is a great one. One I hope all Reds will cherish. I am off to get a paper and a long walk on the beautiful Norfolk beach where I will be thinking of how the match might go. Great days ahead!

Nobody belongs in the PL you have to earn the right and after 23 years we have done it but now the real test starts.
Spirit will be so important let’s hope we can build the same spirit we had with all the new signings or we will be in in trouble.
A good start is vital .
