Don't know about you guys but I am heartily sick of being linked with everybody from Jaydon Sancho to Douglas Luis
I would be happy with Ndoye Yilmas and either El Kannous or Harvey Elliott and 2 left backs.

Ndoye and Ramsey would be great. Add another player who can play left midfield and FB, another full back (left or right due to Aina and Williams able to play either flank) and probably a midfielder and I wouldn't panic.

Agree big names don’t work for us in general, I’d be happier with the names you’ve mentioned above.

Definitely short at left back. Not even been mentioned in connection with any. Maffeo another RB.

Just want to put my penny worth in on the Sancho debate, Mr M should stear well clear, he got his fingers burnt with the last united reject we had. I know the big man wants a stellar signing but he's not the one. His wages alone would pay the wages for two players. Let's not forget the money Lingard was on, and how much he contributed!

I couldn't agree with you more RV. Forest and 'stellar signings' mix like oil and water.

He made a huge profit on the last United reject. ELANGA!

Don't forget, this happens most transfer windows. Clubs and agents are waiting for the best deals or clubs are waiting until they have replacements before they let key players leave.
Fans on forums get annoyed because every time a club makes an enquiry about a player it ends up in the papers or interweb but a lot of it doesn't lead to anything.
Usually the market moves faster once clubs know who they can get for their budget and players start to be released. Stressful but I like the soap opera thing.

Wasn't referring to elanga in my post, it was Lingard who I was talking about. Sancho isn't allowed anywhere near United's first team squad. Only they know the reason why. we don't want disruptive people in our changing room, got to keep it tight.

Sometimes players are bombed out of the main squad to force them to move when the club needs to get them off the wage bill (He's on £25K a week apparently). It doesn't mean hew has caused a dressing room problem. Forest have done this in the past.

How do you keep the multi millionaire Sancho, motivated to put the hours in training to keep performing!, Chelsea paid a 5 million penalty not to sign him!, his next move must be last chance saloon, just hope it's not at Nottingham Forest.
