Any team selection that doesn't include a fully fit Ryan Yates is a mistake in my opinion.

I think sangare will start ahead of Yates at home (Yates will be there to give him a break mid second half ) but they may both play away from home, still a big role for him in my view but it’s about squad rotation in a tough league. He won’t start every game but many won’t either.

Sangare will start every game as will MGW, then it's anyone from, mangala, Yates, dominguez, danillo kouyate, which is great competition
I'm hoping we go to a flat back four with Hudson odi on the right wing and elanga on the other, can see that working really well with awominyi getting on the end of their crosses
We could still lise a few players like Aurier and kouyate yet with the suadi window still open.

DTP I’ll be surprised if cooper plays the 2 wingers together, I think he’s a naturally cautious manager, we can live in hope, if sangare is as good as everyone is hoping he might give it a go.

DTP, I note that SC makes two interesting comments which will please many on this site.
Firstly, to summarise, now he has the players to do so the style of play may well be more expansive, once they’ve bedded in.
Secondly, he will show a lot of flexibility in team selection, formation and tactics both match to match and even within actual games themselves.
Should be interesting to watch the evolution of our playing style.

Only reason I say it is other than taveres we don't have enough pace to play three at the back and wing backs imo

I don't think you'd build a team around yates or sangre for that matter. But if you look at the games last season, we had better results when yates was fit and playing.

RHR, Yates still gives stupid free kicks away, he's still got time on his side. And one day will make a great player for Nottingham Forest, just don't dive in to players near our box!
