I see Mr Marinakis other team, Olympiakos won last night. 71 percent possession, comfortable win, and bonus bringing on Cavallo and Scarpa.
When you see him at the City Ground, he looks like he's been stung by a wasp, no wonder he sweats, he must be wondering where his money's been spent!.

Get martinez in ?.

01 Sep 2023 08:41:32
Carvalho was rubbish under many managers and didn’t play under cooper anyway. Scarpa is another version from a fans perspective insofar as everyone just wants him to be brilliant because they’ve convinced themselves he is.

Whilst I do get the frustration It’s too early to judge, if I was playing a team in a Mickey Mouse cup a week before a must win game in the PL against the same team and deliberately engineer a performance that gave nothing away.

Very well said 2 star and spot on mate.

01 Sep 2023 09:50:28
2star what did 27000 fans go to watch a mickey mouse cup for and spend there hard earned money for also it wasn't a mickey mouse cup last season when we was doing well in it certain people bragging on here how well Cooper done on cup runs last season ??.

01 Sep 2023 12:09:23
And the season before in the fa cup, who’s to say we won’t have a decent fa cup run? Certain people on here looking for negatives before they happen, and some continually’ thumbs upping’ their own posts, so obvious it’s embarrassing,

01 Sep 2023 12:35:15
You feeling left out as well stevie just gave u a thumbs up as I know you don't get many mate ??.

01 Sep 2023 13:10:19
Skegs. I've given Stevie, 2star and Ff a thumbs up aswell mate.
That's because I happen to agree with them.

01 Sep 2023 13:49:29
Skegs nobody gets too many apart from you that’s why it’s so blatantly obvious,

01 Sep 2023 13:49:49
There's absolutely no evidence that anyone ticks their own thumbs up.
I may have inadvertently ticked my own by accident once or twice ?.
Not sure why anyone would get hung up on it though!
Not many posts get above single figures anyway so is it beyond reason that with all the posters on here one will get 8 or 9 thumbs up? ?.

01 Sep 2023 14:33:35
I've gave everyone a thumbs up Fred so there not feeling left out.

01 Sep 2023 14:47:25
?????????.

01 Sep 2023 15:01:46
Red Fred well you’re obviously hung up on it enough to comment, I couldn’t care less, except skegs like to make personal remarks, and thinks a laughing emoji makes it ok,

01 Sep 2023 15:16:04
Come on stevie I talk to people as they talk to me I'm a polite person unless people are not polite to me ??.

01 Sep 2023 17:09:50
Ayup Skeggs, I’m a massive advocate of try and win every game you can and feel for those who saw a cack performance, I think the atmosphere changes for the early cup games, when the atmosphere drops the performance seems to, it can be quite a negative atmosphere if it’s not bouncing on there.

A big part of me seriously questions our fixtures, the odds on getting all the top teams away and promoted teams at home, followed by a cup game the week before the home league game seems quite extreme to me.

If we put on a winning performance at home against Burnley all will be forgotten, with this second investment big M won’t tolerate a season of Struggle. In that case I’m going to support cooper as I want him to succeed but also mindful that he will be replaced if we struggle - no matter what we think or don’t think.

I for one am rooting for him to do well this season and is rubbish as it is for them souls who turned out midweek, won’t judge him on that game as I think his focus is on the league. Generally i would never advocate not wanting to win every game and be your best, but the extraordinary fixture trend has created a strange situation to manage.

01 Sep 2023 17:27:09
Nope Stevie, just seen it mentioned twice now in the matter of a week mate.
Baffles me why anyone is even bothered about it tbh.

01 Sep 2023 17:39:49
Few trans farmers wouldn't mind a thumb up fred, seeing a tractor turning into a lassie.

01 Sep 2023 18:26:46
Good post 2star I will root for him if he changes his boring football I'm getting to the stage like I did with England where I want to turn the game off at half time hopefully these new players will bring lots of pace with them so we can play good counter attacking football we just need to get our passing game sorted out with that and you never know.

01 Sep 2023 19:00:44
Skegs you use your thumbs up like a bingo tab, ??? it's in the genetics. Balloons give ya more thumbs up than his hero. John currie in pink. ? I'm tempting him back son to give me a hard time. Hahahaha.

01 Sep 2023 19:11:56
If it’s not a productive few weeks I think you’ll see the change, if it is than happy days. We have to want him to succeed as it’s honesty a great atmosphere on many and he deserves some credit for that. I get your point though pal.

01 Sep 2023 21:04:38
Did you go Wednesday 2 star mate?
I did and yes it was awful, the worst game I've seen undr Cooper, but it's what managers do in caribo Cup.
I looked around me and I've got to now the fans around me over the years ot was full of kids and women as it was a chance for families that can't normally go to have a chance to savour the thrill of going to a live game and fantastic the club reduced prices to £10 max
I love cup runs and we can't argue the amount Cooper has given us over a short tenure, it will be a different atmosphere when the card holders return for premier games though
Might sound harsh but it's not, felt sorry for the kids and families that we didn't do the business on the night, j6st hope we build the new stand to accommodate more.

01 Sep 2023 21:32:02
No I didn’t make it pal, got a few mates that went who don’t normally go.
