Nah his band was called SID VICIOUS AND THE WHITE KIDS when he wasn’t in the sex pistols or singing solo and smashing the yanks round the head with his bass guitar ? go Sid go, a sad loss to music and only 21 when he died………I almost died at the same age as him but unfortunately I wasn’t successful and I’m still here ?.

My Mrs lad did succeed in his 20s and it messes with her head everyday such a strong woman it effects the people they leave behind more hope u OK jolly.

I disagree……with all due respect Bowie my friend, for me anyway time hasn’t healed anything just leaves deep psychological scares, hurt and irreversible damage that never goes away…………for me just like Nottingham Forest this season anyway, things don’t improve just seem to get worse no matter how hard I try………thank you too Redjester your a good man with a heart that’s in the right place ( I respect both of you) and I appreciate your kind thoughtful posts but the best for place for me is under the ground.
Nottingham Forest football club is my only reason to carry on living. I live for my club.

Thanks for asking Skegs for a good bloke………. sorry to hear of your mrs loss, I didn’t mean any disrespect to anyone who has lost a close family member to suicide or any other tragic event that has caused loss and hurt for anyone…………I’m just stating the facts and one things for sure no one would shed a tear or miss me……. anyway this is a football site not a dear Deirdre site and I don’t mean the Deirdre Barlow although Corrie is mentioned quite often on this site
