Boooooooooo at work bloody Friday night so not be able to see first half of football unless I create a handyman job in the venues but it his the 2000s so guessing it will just be music dancing and drinking maybe I should bring a change of clothes get out my uniform change and join the party ?.

One thing I seem to notice more and more about this site is that no matter how negative our performances are and no matter how low in the league we get the comments seem to be the same, only Brocken down and regurgitated in a different ways for those posters that do this I can’t ever see em changing but for for the posters and supporters who appreciate the monumental job that Steve cooper did for the club last season against all odds in getting us promoted, he can do no wrong……. downthepubs out look is enjoy this season no matter what may happen, which is the right way at looking at things for me too because no matter what happens this season, the facts are it’s going to have been a successful one come what may.
So let’s give Steve cooper and the boys our full support, then we might just surprise one or two by still being a premiership club next season too.

I partly disagree with some of that Vicious. Yes we should enjoy the ride and yes, Cooper did a fantastic job getting us up to the promised land. But after all of the euphoria and now that the dust has settled, we are struggling mate. I’ve backed him and stood by him and will continue to do so, but not at the expense of relegation. We’ve waited more than 20 years for this and it will be a sad day if we go back down because “in Cooper we trust” won’t change his match day squad, formation or game plan. We are slipping nearer the drop zone and that ain’t no good.

Viscous this is a banter site and if everyone thought how utterly wonderful things are then there would be nothing to banter about. Yourself Stevief and dtp cannot stand anyone having a different opinion to yourselves. You’re always knocking posters for pointing out the downside of cooper and the chaos around recruitment. A lot of your three comments get personal and unnecessary. Try being a bit more understanding of other ppls comments and insight, we put thought into what we write, a fair reflection of what we see and hear. So maybe you should stop digging at people on here and debate with fairness and a bit more compassion.

Dtp aka 79 when the players and Cooper as done well we all comment on how well they've done probably say that so and so could of done better in game tactics could of been better that's talking football mate everyone even the negative fans as you call them have said Cooper as done a great job to get us here as did the loanees we had in the championship last season without them we wouldn't even be here but numourous times you have slagged all them loanees off your probably right good championship players we'll that's just what Cooper his a good championship manager at minute he hasn't got a clue what to do with any of the players even mgw looks lost and he's Coopers big signing last season he could change a game this season he couldn't change his own mind completely lost the plot at the minute.

Nope Stevie I thrive on discussion and debate and never take offence I might bite sometimes, big weakness, but I don’t see any need to reply with words like “ utter rubbish “ or being accused of closing down argument, or being slaughtered about being negative as I do write a lot of positive stuff which goes un acknowledged. I found most of the left wing diatribe on here about illegal migrants shocking but found it best not to get too involved as I was staggered that many could not see past the big picture and the harm to society.
