Palace made a big mistake on guehe as he will leave for nothing now
Brentford blagged it with wissa, Palace big losers financially, a bit stupid tbh.

Wissa is as bad as Isak for refusing to play. If Palace had got a replacement in then Guehi would've gone.

Yes I don't agree with players under contract refusing to play
I also don't agree with clubs making it aware they want a player undr Co tract without contacting the club first
But clubs soon want rid as in anthony, huoland, garnacho, sancho, rashford, grealish when it suits them
Two way street.

Dtp glasner said he was walking if the sale went through, it’s cost them 35 million to keep him,
02 Sep 2025 23:02:11
I thought Palace made a mistake for letting him go to Newcastle for approaching 70 million.
I wonder if the Pakace fans thought it was a mistake when they won the FA Cup.
Memories my friend. There are some things money can't buy!
02 Sep 2025 23:04:18
They've just lost 40 million
A little bit stupid imo.
03 Sep 2025 00:22:00
Not if they couldn't get a replacement and slid down the league looking at relegation.
How much would that cost them. They can afford it anyway. They have spent nothing for 3 windows and just got big money from Arsenal. Think Glasner has worked miracles under the circumstances. And don't blame him for putting his foot down.

Glasner is the most successful manager in their history, would you accept 35 million if it was Clough? I would. ?.
03 Sep 2025 06:22:32
Til last year finish above 12th and you’re the most successful manager in palace’s history, clough and glasner in the same sentence is an interesting comparison, , palace as a business doesn’t run on fresh air, a loss off 35 million plus will hit them hard, on top of the estimated 43 million the European demotion cost them, and they’ll lose the player anyway very soon, the glasner / Parrish relationship must be on a knife edge anyway, as the manager won’t be as thick as their fans and be blaming Forest for losing their Europa League place, he’ll know exactly whos’s to blame, and the first decent sized job that comes up, he’ll probably be gone as well,
03 Sep 2025 11:03:27
Two trophies in a matter of months, European competition for the first time, easily the most successful manager in their history.
Do you really think i was comparing Glasner to Clough? I was just asking a question and used our greatest as an example. ?.
03 Sep 2025 11:29:19
Palace most successful manager is Steve Coppell I think. They came 3rd under him. Ian Wright and Mark Bright were in the team and they won the League Cup too.
03 Sep 2025 13:59:17
Cyclist don’t think Palace have ever won the league cup, Redrobinhood well you put the clough / glasner post up not me, and are we really classing the charity shield as a trophy these days?
03 Sep 2025 14:37:21
It was probably the Simod Cup or some Mickey Mouse thing then. Was years ago, so my memory is a teensy bit hazy. ?.
03 Sep 2025 15:25:10
The FA Cup was the first major cup in the club's history.
04 Sep 2025 19:49:32
To be fair up until their cup run, Palace where about to sack glasner
Still not backed him in the transfer market unlike nuno.
