Is anyone else actually dreading Saturday?
If we lose, which I expect we will, then the circus continues. Big Ange will be sacked and we are then looking for our third manager before Christmas.
If we win (unlikely) then Ange gets a reprieve until the next game but I have no confidence we can keep winning.
A draw won't cut it in what is seemingly more like a fight against relegation.
I used to look forward to match days. Now it's just a sinking feeling in the pit of the stomach.

I don't think ange will be in charge for Saturday.

Let's play musical chairs, 'cos that works! ?.

RedSurrey, I will definitely be a nerve racking game, if they score first then atmosphere will be toxic, if we score two before half time, the jitters will set in because we can't hang on to a winning position.
But I still think we will win ?????.

I'm not dreading it Surrey - I suppose that I just have a dull feeling about this next game as seems to have become the norm I'm afraid. No excitement anymore from me I'm afraid - just trepidation.

IMO our great club needs some-re-inventing to survive and thrive. Please see the discussion thread.

Wasn't that long back. you was asking for musical chairs rc. hows that working with ange looks like he's still running round trying to find one. but me thinks he will miss out and someone else will grab the hotseat?.

Nuno wanted out so it was time to say goodbye. He was on a downward spiral (results wise) and used Edu as an excuse to run off with the proceeds of a fat contract. He had Marinakis pants down and good riddance for that.

Never keep a player who wants out. Never keep a coach who does either.

I would never have thought of Ange if I had to make a list of top ten choices for Forest boss, but I'm not the owner.

Brendon Rogers would probably fit the players we have. I'm definitely not in the change the coach as often as your pants camp. But Rogers is a better option than Dyche, all day, every day.

Nuno went because I wasn't backed with the players he needed to make the squad a better squad and he was the coach that worked with the players everyday he was the one that got a no hope forest squad into Europe. Fact we are in a bad place without him and he proved a point fact. fans and probably even maranakis now regret him going fact. by Monday night he will of lifted west ham out of the bottom 3 and put us in it fact. you can keep your fester reject Rogers and your championship manager I would of rather kept a manager that got us to heights we will probably never see again in my life time fact. Rogers dyche lol.

I've seen enough.
I won't talk about the game as there is nothing good to say about it. The result was a foregone conclusion. I don't think the players believe they could score a goal, let alone win the match.
We need to forget about Europe (we are not good enough to be playing conference league let alone Europa League). Palace fans must be laughing their heads off right now.
We need to change the manager and concentrate on not playing championship football next season.

Whilst I was gutted to see Nuno go it was clear that he didn't want to be there. I had hoped his replacement would be someone along the lines of Silva. The rumours of AP had me worried and when he was appointed I felt it was the wrong fit.
Give him a chance I thought. He had lots of injuries with Spurs and still won a trophy.
After 6 games I now have a sinking feeling every time match day comes around.
The team are lost.
Different formation every week.
What manager plays 3 at the back against a team that are known for set pieces.
Correct me if I'm wrong but this current team have never previously played 3 at the back.
I feel I've watched a different team play each of the matches this season. The only consistency is the fact that none of the players actually know what the game plan is.
The Brentford game proved it's not the players at fault. It's the current lack of clear direction from the manager.
Whilst I love the term 'just score more goals than the oppo' that is for Sunday league football and not a game plan for a supposedly top Premiership side.
I don't think big Ange has any other game plan.
