Marinakis is minted for a reason. If he was that incompetent, he wouldn't be a billionaire. Forest ARE NOT about to go bust.
The transfer market seems to baffle supporters every season. "OMG we are leaving it too late" every bloody season. That is how the market works. Teams and agents are holding out for the most money they can get. Teams are waiting for signings to be confirmed before activating other transfers. It's normal and happens every year. Even the biggest clubs are still trying to get signings over the line.
