In the sixties we had a great team but the fire and disastrous Jim Baxter signing and Gillies was bought in and all the best players sold and poor cheap replacements arrived, the results were relegation
I was absolutely p off and even stopped going along with thousands of others.
I don’t want to see this again as it happened again in 99.
Lessons should be learned or the same result will occur as sure as night follows day.

Carlo, I completely share that sentiment but we have probably maxed out on ffp, we spent so much trying to stay up that we’ve probably used all of our credits mate.

2star it was a friendly my friend. What were you expecting? All as i'm saying is i seen a player trying his hardest and finished for me like a true pro. Most of them rusty as. c'mon son.

2star put it in perspective, it was our first friendly of preseason just giving different players a run out and trying out different tactics…. the team performances will improve, players will come and players will go…. just hopefully not johno and MGW.

Guys, watch cooper’s post match he too states what a poor spectacle it was, I understand all the reasons why and that friendlies mean very little.
