Said it once and I’ll say it again, once them so called professional footballers cross that white line the manager can do nothing………. if you look where we are in the league and why we’re there then look no further than the players……there the ones to blame not cooper.
Lost count how many times amateurish mistakes by the players have cost our club points and I’m truly sick of it………. time to let em know what I think of em on Sunday.

11 Apr 2023 12:42:13
The man who picks his pets as let a lot of people down !
CARLO

11 Apr 2023 13:53:00
Coopers let nobody down, if it wasn’t for him we’d be in league 1not worrying about a home game with Manchester United on Sunday,

11 Apr 2023 13:54:46
Carlo all managers pick ‘pets’ clough picked McGovern at every club he went to,

11 Apr 2023 13:55:05
Your on the money vicious not coopers fault for shelveys fup!

11 Apr 2023 14:10:15
Carlo you spent the first part of the season telling us that Cooper wasn't picking the team and blaming everyone behind the scenes, hence the mole, now your blaming Cooper
Make your mind up mate.

11 Apr 2023 14:12:57
I wouldn't bother carlo Cooper could lead us to league 1 and it still wouldn't be his fault ??.

11 Apr 2023 14:13:30
But who wanted Shelvey or wood?

11 Apr 2023 14:19:37
Cooper still frightened to use players Mr M doesn’t like , same ode same ode.
I could pick a better line up.
CARLO

11 Apr 2023 14:28:46
Skegs difference is he didn’t, he saved us from league 1.

11 Apr 2023 14:31:21
Either way when all is said and done no matter what League we’re in and no matter what manager or players we have, no matter what happens guys I’ll always be proud to keep the red flag flying high.
No fate only what we make.
The reds are staying up ??Stronger together, so COYR FTID.

11 Apr 2023 14:42:11
Nothing to do with the good players we had last season a team that new how to play for there shirt.

11 Apr 2023 14:49:12
More or less the posters above all blame the players so it doesn't matter who the manager is any one of us could pick the team and the players will not perform so what's the point! most of you want to keep Cooper knowing the players aren't bothered but you can't play without a team but you can play without a manager CRAZY no somebody said Cooper's picking the team and when they cross the line he has no control THAT'S MADNESS YOU CAN'T HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT., Wow what a mess.

11 Apr 2023 15:14:25
You’ve got it right Redjester everything has gone insane, alls I have is my memories of walks over trent bridge on match days or match nights with my dad to watch and support the club we both love…………. every walk over Trent bridge on match days for me now days means much much more than just a football match, always with a heavy heart and regret of not doing and saying what I should have…………another regret is not being able to make that walk on match days with my son that I never had or ever will………so take everyone and everything with you on Sunday to the match against Manchineel United if your lucky enough to be going that is and just know how lucky and privileged you are to have family and friends round you that love you, care for you and would probably die for you.
Never take anything for granted, because when they’ve gone it’s too late.
And too late it ain’t for Nottingham Forest football club as it’s only goal difference keeping us in the bottom 3 so don’t stop believing in our great club because
I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES, DO YOU?

11 Apr 2023 15:17:40
Far better position than we've been in for years jester
Yes we will lose Johnson, Yates and MGW to balance the books
Arter
Cook,
Lodi
Henderson
Navas
Lingard
Taylor
Cafu
Mbe soh
Smith
Hennessey
Aurier would all be off the payroll with contracts or loans up
A few sales and loans and out and the financial situation soon looks better, so no not a mess.

11 Apr 2023 15:42:49
The position is man made too many mistakes and I do believe in miracles we've seen them with Mr Clough and just remember the stupid Leeds players outed Brian and the rest is history we wouldn't have our history without them. And I remember we we're going to off load similar amount of players and then bought more crap so I have no faith at the moment in recruitment.

11 Apr 2023 16:08:08
Agree with most it that DTP but would keep Mbe Soh as I think he’ll make a very good CB imo.

11 Apr 2023 16:40:01
Vicious, I always think having regrets is what makes us human and part of being alive. If you don’t have regrets you are either dead inside or you are Putin, Hitler or Fred West mate.
Your very moving post reminded me of my own walks to the CG with my Dad when I was a kid. We always parked down the Embankment and walked over the little wooden suspension bridge further down rather than Trent Bridge. I remember how that bridge swayed slightly as thousands tramped over it and being thrilled by seeing the dark deep water of the Trent through the gaps in the wooden planking. The smell of cigarettes and the floodlights of the CG shining like the Holy Grail. It does have an emotional impact to this day and it’s still a magical experience untarnished by the passing years. Makes you think of all the generations of supporters and footballers long gone. Especially as it’s an original ground not a soulless place like Pride Park and its ilk. Let’s hope the Forest football gods look down favourably on us on Sunday mate! Coyr!

11 Apr 2023 16:51:06
You've never mentioned that Munmad! Only kidding fella, stay calm.

11 Apr 2023 16:55:46
Munmad you got mbe soh in your dreamteam ?

11 Apr 2023 20:33:36
Yes Bowie mate Captain.

11 Apr 2023 21:08:47
Gosh Sir Brian! The point I was making is to be mindful of regrets at past mistakes but to learn from them but don’t let them dominate your life going forward. There must be something that, when it comes to the forefront of your mind, makes you inwardly wince and think “chuffing hell, I won’t be doing that again if I can help it “!

11 Apr 2023 21:13:07
I mean, even the great Frank Sinatra had regrets! In fact, he had a few, but too few to mention I believe! ?.
