I think Stephen Reid is a big miss at the City Ground .
I believe he played the role of the man who kept SC feet on the ground and like Peter Taylor with Sir Brian he stopped him making silly decisions with a quiet word in his ear .
Steve like Sir Brian needs a steadying influence in his professional life or like Sir Brian can make rash knee jerk decision that can upset the applecart .

The guys job is training coaching and getting players fit. His whole working life is surrounded by exercise and fitness routines and he turns up to work every day clinically obese. What example does that set. Might explain our slow players and the 60mins and I'm knackered brigade.
