When you guys dismiss Cooper as a potential good boss, the one thing you are all ignoring is his experience working with young players at a very high level.
"Cooper established his reputation in the Football Association’s system as the coach of the England side that won the under-17s’ World Cup in 2017. He finished sixth in his first season with Swansea, followed by fourth a year later, but left the club in the summer. "
If there is one thing Forest has in abundance, it is lots of talented youngsters. We also have a new CEO who has decided we are going to bring in young players to develop. We need a boss who fits this thinking. Steve Cooper looks like a decent coach with that aim in mind.

Cooper is a young version of Hughton.
Swansea fans were frustrated with his defensive tactics.
Forest need a forward thinking manager or coach who can alter tactics and adapt to games with a plan a, b and c.
No more Hughton type hoofball please.
