Nice one Rutland get yourself down here mate, my move took a year with all the messing about and collapsed deals but we made it in the end and it a fantastic place to retire . When you get here let me know and we'll meet up at Skegjays club (only £250 a pint) . All three of us will put the world to rights and sort Forest out over a few beers
