Rutland the football has been too defensive since Warburton left who had over 40% win rate.
Lamouchi as defensive as his football was, and in spite of the collapse we finished 7th.
O'Neil's football although defensive he got the team to win 3 games in a row and had over 40% win rate.
Karanka' football was a strain on the eyes but he managed over 30% win rate.
Hughton with a load of experienced players last season only managed to get us to 17th and is just over a 25% win rate.
That tells me he has to go.
I would prefer better football but almost anyone will accept poor football if it is winning football.
The club should employ a more wanting to win manager next time instead of let's not lose, which we are anyway.

I have figured out how Hughton decides his formatioms.
He and his defensive coach play rock paper scissors but both of them always go for the rock each time hence it's why Hughton defends.
