Just read Sarah Clapson's take on Forest's problems and she hardly scratches the surface. The club hierarchy now openly admit we are on Plan B. Plan A left us with a bloated squad of players that are not up to it. Plan B is to shrink the squad and be more cautious about signings. The squad is now diminished and we have lost some deadwood. The problem is that we are struggling to fill some of the gaps that are now left and we have not strengthened in the areas where we were already woefully weak last season. So Plan B will please the Finan2ce Director but is struggling to please the long suffering supporters. None of this is CH's fault.
But there are plenty of things that are his fault. Persisting with the rigid 4-2-3-1 formation, failure to adapt to changing circumstances on the pitch (when Bournemouth went down to 10 men, for example) and bizarre substitutions (Carvalho on for Mighten just when he was starting to look dangerous) and talking up the opposition after games. Coventry and Blackburn are not world beaters. They are just well organised Championship sides that play with desire and passion for their club. Player for player I don't think we have a worse squad than Coventry. They have organisation, determination and a plan. We don't and that's why CH has to go. Each game he stays makes our position worse.
To attract decent players to the City Ground we need to start looking like a club with a plan, playing pragmatic but attractive football, and taking supporters with them. At the moment we are none on these things.

Forest have no plan for years.
Marinakis thinks because he has Olympiacos the Championship will be a breeze.
A case of badly running a club is starting to raise its ugly head at Forest.
The club seems to have no idea or direction they where to improve.
A seroius rethink is just the bare essentials of what is required.

Can’t really add to it except to ask the following;
Tutus injury was unfortunate but why are we developing Arsenals youngsters and not our own? Fin Back looked good when given the chance.
Why bring Fornah on with 5 mins to go, too late to make any sort of impact. CH does this often. It just wastes time and gives the opposition a breather and breaks up play when we are losing.
Why not go 2 up top when we equalised, bring on Taylor with Grabban, take off the booked Colback and have a crack at them?
Tactically inept and not for the first time by CH.

Good questions Smokey. I wish I knew the answers.
Tutu looks to have potential and his injury was unfortunate but equally we have full backs in the academy that also have potential. I don’t know what the details of the loan deal are - have we paid a loan fee and are we paying some or all of his wages - but it would certainly make better financial sense to develop what we already have. Isn’t that the reason why we have an academy?
CH’s substitutions are often bizarre. After Colback’s yellow card (which could easily have been a red with another referee) he was like a walking time bomb. Another rush of blood and he would have been off. CH left him on and ran a big risk, only taking him off when he was injured and in a like for like swap with Fornah. Caution ruled the decision again. Trying not to lose has become more important than trying to win.

Good summing up red in Leicester and Stokey its not the shortage of players so much as the bizzar selections and substitutions and for gods sake please no more captain Lewis and just a quick shout for Taylor if you don't score you don't play but that just applies to you.
