People were tightly impressed with Young Brennan yesterday, his run for the goal was tremendous, but don't forget the clever and classy ball out of defence from soh, it's typical of our luck he got injured, he looked impressive to that point,

Your right Stevie he looked a good fit. I went to the game and have read the comments, a lot spot on, we did drop too deep trying to protect a 1-0 but some comments completely OTT. I notice how different player performances are seen different to other people. Of the young players I thought Mighten looked a threat first half, but faded second as we retreated more. Gabriel did ok, hopefully will improve. Brennan put his value up with a MOM performance. Of the others, I was disappointed with Taylor, I know he scored but he falls over all the time. He has no strength, he doesn't jump he let's the centre half have a free header. He's also petulant and sulky, as Lee bowyer stated last week. We need a strong leader of the line, who will compete, battle as well as run the channels. Yesterday when the back four had no outball, a channel ball is sometimes the only ball on. With Taylor leading the line it looked like we were giving straight back to them, he has no heart. Lee bowyer said he needs an arm around his shoulder, more like a boot up the backside.
