My take on the lack of new signings:
If we don't have a lot of cash available, we might well have a few lined up but are waiting for a fee for one of our younger players. The delay might be down to us holding out for more money for Johnson or Worrall.
In a sense, that might be a good sign (apart from selling good players) in that we are waiting rather than getting in free transfers/ loans in a panic.
We are set to sign at least one Man Utd player on loan. The delay on that is about waiting to see who we sign permanently first.
