Last night was awful. Really awful. I do generally believe that changing the manager now is not the right move. The problem lies squarely with the playing squad. It is bloated and average at best. The result of so many managers over a long period of time. We are not that far away from the drop when you consider how many games Rotherham have in hand. Keep Chris in charge as he pulled us away from this earlier in the season. Change now and it will cost us more cash which no one has in the current climate. Who would join us at the minute anyway with the threat of relegation to league 1. No quick fix to years of bad management in this case. Pray and hope we survive this season. Look to an improvement in the summer and maybe a playoff push. If it doesn't happen and we start the season badly again then change again but take the board as well and start from scratch.
