I try not to take too much notice of what players and the manager has to say as they usually are paying lip service to fans, and saying what they think we want to know, or are simply trying to play mind games with the the other teams manager and players.

This time is different.

I do not have enough time to train the players as the games come along quickly.

I also have to study the opposition in order to plan how to play against them, and i'm also working on what to do in the Jan transfer window.

Well studying the opposition does not work very often, Birmingham have lost enough times lately so he comes to the conclusion they are a dangerous team so play for a draw.

That is a waste of studying for me, as for the transfer window if the players you have are not improving under you one or two players are not going to make much difference.

Indeed if results do not improve fast he will not make the end of the transfer window.

I hope the club do not make the same mistake as last time by bringing in loads of players then bringing in a new man in.

Either sack him now or stick with until just before the summer break.
